This wonderful 950 square foot casita features a large living area, two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The kitchen is spacious, making this the ideal casita for larger families or groups. The living area features a breakfast bar that spills into the den area where guests can gather to enjoy good company and a nice meal. The sofa sleeper opens up to a queen size bed.The upstair bedroom has a queen size bed, and a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy a quiet evening and after a busy day in Santa Fe! The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and both bedrooms have TV's. This vacation rental casita has all the authentic touches -- a kiva fireplace, saltillo tile, and hardwood floors. But it has also been skillfully updated to provide you with all the modern conveniences, including cable tv, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, air conditioning and complimentary high speed internet access. With complimentary parking, you can park your car and walk to the plaza in minutes or to the brand new Railyard. You’re already living in Santa Fe style!

This two story casita is tucked in back of some of our other properties located off of Park so it's hidden from the street. We have five casitas in back and five parking spots, so parking is tight but we seem to make it work for everyone - usually! Thanks for taking a chance on us and thanks for staying with us! We were 2 friends staying in Casita F, a 2-story, 2-bedroom property. It was a perfect location within easy walking distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, and the Railyard District. The casita was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to spend a week in Santa Fe. Good size kitchen, A/C worked great, WIFI worked very well, clean, beds were very comfortable.Great location, just a few blocks away from the plaza and railyard, but in a nice quiet neighborhood.Owner was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Would absolutely look to rent this casita again next time we are in Santa Fe!

Very convenient place to stay in Santa Fe. The townhome was clean and neat and had everything we needed for our visit to Santa Fe. The property manager was very responsive and answered the few questions I had.

Comfortable and convenient

Despite the snow the first night and what seemed to be an offbeat location as we drove in, this casita was welcoming, perfectly located for walking to Plaza, restaurants and O'Keefe museum. The snow on the adobe walls, colorful doors, and blossoms was an added visual delight. We would definitely stay there again.

This was great location to walk all over downtown Santa Fe. The rental fit our needs to a T. Decorated to fit the south west theme of Santa Fe. A cute function place. Would stay again.

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Why they chose this property

Casita F is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen and den spill into one another making it easy to visit with your guests. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). This casita is two story, with a covered patio off of the den, as well as a balcony off the master bedroom. Either one is perfect for an early morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine in the evenings. Both bedrooms are located upstairs along with a full bathroom.

Parking is easy and steps away from the front door. Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

What makes this property unique


This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
