Beautiful authentic house; very big with large garden. Well decorated; feel like a home rather than a holiday house.
The owners are adorable and give nice advice for day trips or local wine shops.
The village is small and quiet; on the top of the hill overlooking Valpolicella and the Garda lake. Great to come back after a day at the lake or in the city. Grazie!!!
This old house with its thick stone walls could probably tell many stories. The historical furnishings and creaky floorboards add to its charm - as the pictures show. Yet wifi, TV, dishwasher and washing machine are all available. The garden has table, chairs, sun umbrella and sun lounges to relax.Fabia and Luca are friendly, welcoming hosts, and a bottle of local wine awaited us on our arrival. Communication in Englsh is very easy. The small village of San Giorgio is one of the Borghi (most beautiful villages), with a beautiful old church, from which there is a view of Lake Garda. It is quiet, and conveniently located to visit Valpolicella, the southern parts of Lake Garda and Verona. Most enjoyable.
