Perfect for two families, or a large family holidaying together.

An attractive property on 3 levels, set in a tranquil terrace garden, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
“The Aquarium”, roomy with a king-size bed & en-suite leading out to the pool on the lower floor. Includes travel cot, high chair and safety gate stored in wardrobe.
“The Vespa”, super-king or twin on the ground floor.
“The Boudoir”, airy bright double on the ground floor.
“The Lighthouse”, twin on top floor accessed by an external staircase. 4 windows opening North, South, East & West! Perfect room for teenagers or those who prefer more privacy.

Well-equipped, modern galley kitchen with American style fridge freezer and coffee maker etc.

Contemporary style lounge with a Pioneer DJ system to entertain you! Large balcony overlooking the 8x4M pool and almond grove. Includes BBQ, AC, central-heating, WiFi.

Villa has 3 external sunny seating areas - lots of room for siesta after fiesta!

This villa is located near the grounds of the elegant Swiss Hotel great for cocktails and dining. The stunning Ifach Golf Course is within a 2 mile drive and you can hire golf equipment from Alicante airport.

Also Bar 21 with delicious tapas, enormous G&T’s and a very friendly atmosphere. There is a la Carte dining at Ca Pepe. Take a pleasant stroll down the hill to the town, beach and fabulous shops. Moraira’s Friday market is a must visit. All just 25 mins walk away.

Under 90 minutes’ drive from Alicante or Valencia airports. Room for two cars to park inside the plot.

If you prefer not to drive book inexpensive airport shuttle transfers via www.beniconnect. Moraira has excellent electric bikes for hire.

Property has everything you could need, nice pool. Air con throughout the villa apart from the Vesper room which had a fan but was still boiling - but was during heatwave so exceptionally hot.. would use again

A quiet place in the sun

We found everything as described in the Virbo web pages. We liked the fact we had peace and quiet and easy access to night life etc.The pool and the sun beds quickly became the main focus during the day. The grounds are large enough to afford personal space when needed. The villa had everything that we required for an enjoyable holiday.

Relaxing and peaceful villa

We were 5 people at, and everything was perfect and clean. The rooms are all of them wide and big, all of them double room. The best place on it was the terrace where the pool is. You can enjoy very much on it and stay hours and hours chatting, playing...even there was a bbq! Few kilometers from there there are shops restaurants and clubs. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Very recommended.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this lovely property. It’s in a great location with a pleasant, leisurely stroll into town — though be aware the walk back is uphill, so a car or taxi might be worth considering. That said, it’s certainly manageable on foot.The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfy, the air conditioning was powerful and much appreciated, and there was plenty of cooking and BBQ equipment. There’s lots of space for a family of four — we didn’t even use the top room — and the pool and outdoor areas were fantastic, where we spent most of our time.There were a couple of minor issues during our stay, but these were resolved quickly and without fuss. Top tip: make sure to read the welcome pack provided at the property rather than relying on the VRBO information, as it’s much more accurate and helpful.While the interior is a little dated, it didn’t bother us at all — the outdoor space more than makes up for it. Plus, the TV and Wi-Fi were excellent.All in all, a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time as a family.

Fabulosas vacaciones!!!

Fantastica semana en Moraira!!!! La casa es preciosa, con todo tipo de detalles y decorada con muy buen gusto. Hay diferentes ambientes para disfrutarlos en cada momento del día y qué decir de la zona de piscina, lo mejor!!!! El agua perfecta, con un tamaño y profundidad ideal y además con una fabulosa zona de hamacas para relajarte después de un buen baño. A pesar de que los días han sido muy calurosos, en el interior de la casa se estaba muy fresquito porque hay aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y funciona de maravilla. Moraira es precioso, sus calas, sus gentes y además coincidir con las fiestas patronales ha sido lo más. La dueña de la casa, Lesley esta siempre dispuesta a ayudarte en todo lo necesario. Si alguna de las personas del grupo que vais a reservar habla inglés, os recomiendo que sea el portavoz para facilitar la comunicación. Muchísimas gracias Lesley por dejarnos disfrutar de tu casa. Volveremos, sin duda!

Dear future guests, this review was upsetting and received 2 weeks after the guest had left the property. We work very hard to maintain our cleanliness rating. All guests are guided to reach out to our property manager who lives nearby and on hand to help guests during their stay. We now contact all our guests within 48 hours of checking in so we can ascertain they are enjoying their holiday and if we need to contact the property manager to assist. Our shower rooms are "wet rooms" where the shower area is at the same level as the rest of the floor. The water drains away through a flush drain within the shower area. As the walls and floor are sealed by a waterproof membrane, there is no risk of runaway water causing damage, so guests should just relax and let the water drain away naturally in the heat. If you have issues at our holiday villa please do not leave it to complain after you stay - we are more than happy to help you during your stay. Thank you.

fiesta and siesta magnífico !!

Our stay at fiesta and siesta was fantastic. We went as a family of 6 and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. We really enjoyed the outside space, plenty of room to sunbathe or sit in the shade and the pool is a great size. Internally the property was just as good, lots of room and a really nice layout, my oldest son enjoyed the privacy of the lighthouse bedroom on the top floor. Moraira itself is a beautiful town with lots going on and some great places to eat, drink, shop or just sit and enjoy the surroundings. Best of all Lesley and Steve have been a pleasure to deal with, very communicative and happy to help.
