Quality self-catering for two, new modern flat, convenient town centre location.

Ideal for couples any age, this new (2010) modern flat is in the centre of town, a two minutes stroll to the Lungomare Dante, the town sea-front promenade leading to the Piazza Sulis square and the old historical town. It is near shops, restaurants, pizza houses, snack bars and banks. There are two large supermarkets within a few hundred yards. Take the lift to the third floor of this attractive new building. The flat has quality Italian design furniture and furnishings in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen corner is a pleasure to use. The comfortable sized bathroom with shower is next to the double bedded bedroom with ample wardrobe space. There are 2 split air system heating and air-conditioning units - one in the bedroom and one in the lounge but the flat is so light and airy that it is not a 'must have' all year round. Relax on the front balcony and enjoy the sunsets. Double glazing keeps out street noises if you like quiet at bedtime.

Siamo stati a casa di Susan la settimana di capodanno. Posizione ideale per stare a due passi dal centro e allo stesso tempo in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. L’appartamento è ben arredato e fornito di tutto quanto necessario . Susan è gentilissima e molto disponibile. Consiglio questa struttura.

Zentrale Nähe zur Altstadt

In einer Wohngegend, aber zentral zur Altstadt gelegen. Die Wohnung war in der dritten Etage und hatte einen Aufzug. Ausstattung der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Wifi war leider nicht vorhanden, will aber die Vermieterin nachrüsten, weil dies eigentlich schon Standard ist. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Auto musste an der Straße abgestellt werden, aber auch da hat man im Umkreis immer einen kostenfreien Platz gefunden.

Appartement a deux pas du centre d'Alghero

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Alghero. L'appartement est propre, bien agencé et climatisé. Il se trouve à 4 min a pied du centre historique d'Alghero, a 20 min a pied du début de la plage du Lido. A même pas 10 min, de la ligne de bus pour l'aéroport et des arrêts de bus pour aller aux plages.

Gesamtobjekt gepflegt und sauber, Zentral gelegen, Parkplatz findet man immer in der Nähe. Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit, Für 2 Personen ideal.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, ben tenuto e pulito con tutti gli accessori necessari, corrisponde perfettamente alle fotografie pubblicate e alla descrizione. Nelle vicinanze si possono trovare due supermercati e la fermata dei mezzi pubblici e del bus che porta alle spiagge. Anche vari ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolto all'aeroporto e ci ha dato molti suggerimenti. Consigliatissimo!

Schönes Apartment - sehr gute Lage!

Nachdem wir bereits 2014 in diesem Apartment waren, haben wir uns schon darauf gefreut, dieses Jahr unseren Urlaub wieder hier zu verbringen, da wir schon wussten, das uns ein schönes und sehr gut gelegenes Apartment erwartet. Auch die Ausstattung war, wie auch beim letzten Mal sehr gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Beim Frühstücken auf dem Balkon hat man einen schönen, seitlichen Ausblick auf das Meer - einfach nur schön! Das war bestimmt nicht unser letztes Mal in diesem Apartment! Vielen Dank für die herzliche Betreuung, Susan!

Wir waren im Juli 2015 in dieser Ferienwohnung und waren begeistert. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Susan war so freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Sogar 2 Strandliegen, ein Sonnenschirm, Strandtücher und eine Kühltasche hat sie uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch die Waschmaschine konnten wir nutzen, was sehr hilfreich war. Ein bißchen Geduld muß man allerdings täglich beim Suchen eines Parkplatzes haben, da diese sehr knapp sind. Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub, Sardinien ist echt eine Reise wert.

Awsome Stay!

Susan ist the most wonderful Person She helped with everything, even met up with us early in the morning in her free time to help us cash a US travler cheque as we were desperate because the banks for some reason refused it. Flat, Location, tipps, all perfect. Thank you for all. We will come back for sure!! We had the best time!

Beautiful Apartment

A beautiful modern first class apartment spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a perfect stay. Nice balcony overlooking the street with a table & chairs for breakfast or evening meal and fold away sunbeds for the afternoon sun. Great location for the bars and restaurants which are just 5 mins walk down the road. Nearby supermarkets. Street parking, we stayed in mid June 2014 and never had a problem. Susan is a excellent host giving good sound advice on the local area and beyond. Thanks for a great stay Susan only wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back one day that's for sure.

Très bel appartement, idéal à Alghero !

Very beautiful modern apartment with terrace and perfectly equipped (beach towels and parasol), ideally placed in the center of Alghero close to all the stores and the restaurants including a supermarket. The airline company having lost our suitcases upon our arrival we particularly appreciated Susan's big help and we were able to get back our luggage the next day Thank you again to very thoughtful Susan for her hosts, we spent an excellent week of holidays

Sehr schönes Apartment ruhig und zentral

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war wunderbar! Zunächst vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Susan, Sie war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit , wir waren sehr dankbar für ihre Abholung am Flughafen. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr gut und die Küche lässt auch nichts zu wünschen übrig . Wenn man mal Fernsehen möchte gibt es sogar deutsche Programme. Vom großen Balkon aus hat maneinen seitlichen Blick auf das Meer. Es liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang und schon ist man in der Altstadt oder am Hafen , wo alle Restaurants. Geschäfte und Strände sind..Supermärkte gibt es sogar ganz in der Nähe des Apartments. Der Hauptstrand ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt und wenn man sich Fahrräder mietet kann man über die sehr gut ausgebauten Fahrradwege (haben wir vorher in Italien noch nicht gesehen) zu wunderschönen Stränden, die etwas ausserhalb des Ortes liegen, radeln. Insgesamt ist dieses Apartment und Alghero für einen perfeketen und fantastischen Urlaub gemacht ! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank Susan! Grüße aus Frankfurt

Fantastic Apartment!

Fantastic apartment that’s only 3 minutes walk to the old town. It has a beach five minutes away that locals use and the bigger ones are a twenty minute stroll through the old town to get to. The apartment is modern, spacious and immaculate and it was a joy coming back to after a hard day lying on the beach. You can relax with a drink and snack on the balcony or watch a movie before heading into the old town for some food and drinks. Susan was great and picked us up from the airport and told us all about alghero, she even provides chairs and an umbrella for the beach and even a picnic bag which we stocked with lunch snacks from the local supermarket and froze a bottle of water in the freezer on the hotter days. In short it has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed our stay here and if visitng alghero again will definitely make this place our base. Dave & Keri

Nice stay in Alghero

We had a great three week vacation in Alghero. The owner, Susan, picked us up at the airport and showed us the surroundings of the appartment before we got there. We quickly had a nice impression of the flat, which is very well equipped and, even if it is not large, it has everything that is needed: air conditined, a big dorm closet, Sky TV (with recorded films) or a balcony big enough for having breakfast or dinner, when it is not so hot. Everything is quite new and really practical, it is quiet and well located in a nice area with shops and restaurants. The only thing we missed was having a wi-fi, but we managed with a couple of nearby cafeterias. We are very happy of having chosen Susan's appartment and we would definitely choose it again if we ever go back to Alghero. --- Hem tingut unes agradables vacances de tres setmanes a l'Alguer. La llogatera, Susan, ens va venir a recollir a l'aeroport i ens va ensenyar els voltants de l'apartament abans d'arribar-hi. La primera impressió ja va ser bona. El pis està molt ben equipat i, tot i no ser gran, té tot el necessari: aire condicionat, un gran armari al dormitori, Sky TV (amb pel·lícules enregistrades) o un balcó prou gran per fer-hi les menjades. Tot és força nou i realment pràctic, és tranquil i està situat en una zona amb botigues i restaurants. L'única pega que vam trobar és que no té wi-fi, però ho vam solventar anant a un parell de cafeteries properes. Estem molt contents d'haver triat l'apartament de Susan i de ben segur que el tornaríem a triar si mai tornem a l'Alguer.

Excellent location, beaches and restaurants.

The description of the apartment was accurate it was clean and well maintained. Susan the owner provided excellent customer service and we would definitely recommend the property. The local restaurants were excellent and within easy walking distance. We used a car to visit a range of beaches near Alghero. We would recommend a visit to Neptune's Cave. Alghero is a lovely place to stay.

A wonderful place to stay!

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful! Firstly the host Sue was incredibly welcoming and helpful, we were very grateful for her picking up us at the airport having had an early morning flight, and she also told us lots about the local area too! On arriving, there were already a few bits in the fridge/cupboard for us so we had a chance to settle in before heading to one of the 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk - another nice touch especially as we were self catering first timers! The apartment itself is nicely furnished and the right size for 2 people, I was very pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was - from bath robes to sun loungers and even a cool bag - it's all there to make exploring the local area (or just pottering about on the big balcony) very easy! Location wise it is only a short walk to the old town and harbour where all the restaurants etc and excursion departures are, while the main beach is about 15/20 minutes on foot - there's no need for a car. As previously mentioned, there are decent sized supermarkets very nearby and it's also a very short walk to the sea walls, which had amazing sunset views. The apartment balcony itself has a side sea view which was another bonus! The addition of SKY Movies and documentaries which can be watched in the original language (ie. mostly English) was a great plus too, as we enjoyed having the opportunity to stay in and watch a good film on some evenings which is something we rarely get to do at home. Overall this apartment and Alghero made for a fantastic holiday, we just wish we were still there!

Superb stay - great apartment and location

Our experience at Sea-air was great! The apartment was in a residential area, conveniently located with restaurants and supermarkets close by. It was a short walk to the centre of town along the beach also. The property itself was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped -we enjoyed having use of the terrace. The owner, Susan, was very hospitable, not only adding some nice thoughtful touches by providing the basics within the apartment, but also very kind and helpful in all aspects, from picking us up to giving us tips on the local spots and where to visit/eat, she really helped to make our stay enjoyable. Wonderful flat, highly recommended.

Our stay in Algehro was unforgettable, in part, because of this nice apartment ! The place is very clean and well maintened ! Be sure you will miss nothing, you realy fell like you are at home ! If you have a car, you will find free parking in the streets nearby, it is at 5 minutes walk to the historic city, and it is very quiet ! You also will find goods restaurants and grocery store all around ! And what about the reception by the owner ! Water,beer,fruits,and even pasta and sauce. She will also take very much time to explain the city and the places to visit ! I will not hesitate to recommend it to everybody and be sure that if someday i'l return i will rent it again ! Perfect location!

My daughter and myself stayed at Sea-air for a week in August and both the apartment and Alghero exceeded expectations. The owner, Susan, very kindly picked us up from the airport. The apartment was very clean and tidy and well equiped. It had everything you could need and more (although wi-fi would be useful) It is located very close to local supermarkets, the old town, the sea etc but very quiet. Alghero was a real find with many places to eat and shop and Maria Pia beach was particularly lovely to relax or swim in the clear sea. The apartment came with beach mats/towels and umbrellas - perfect for the beach! We ate all meals on the balcony watching the world go by. I would thoroughly recommend both Alghero and this apartment.

Great Alghero apartment .......

We can throughly recommend this modern one-bedroomed apartment in Alghero. Built only recently it is a great place to stay and is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea & Old Town. It is one of the best-equipped apartments we have stayed in and included everything & more required for a relaxing holiday. Beautifully maintained throughout. The owner went out of her way to ensure we had a great week and was a pleasure to deal with. We ate out most evenings in Alghero's restaurants but also had the option to buy provisions from two supermarkets which are a five minute walk from the apartment. The pizzas at Aragon restaurant (one of the closest) were delicious, as was the gelato from the many gelaterias. Can also recommend the boat-trip out to the Neptune's grotto...The sunsets each evening were stunning, viewed from the old town walls on our passagiata. A great holiday......!!!!

A really nice apartment!!

The apartment was small, but really nice, and perfect for a couple. It was all we were looking for, and it had all the equipment we needed for a two-week stay. The kitchen was modern and had all the necessary tools. The bathroom was really spacious. The apartment included a room that didn´t appear on the pictures, it contained the washing machine and space enough to hang the wet clothes. Nice surprise! The balcony appeared larger than in the photos and was a really nice place to start the day with breakfast. The apartment is situated in a new building in a quite street right in the center of Alghero. Walking distance to all you need included restaurants, grocery stores, bars and the old town. The landlady was very nice and helpful. She met us at the apartment when we arrived late at night. She showed us around and gave us some good tips. She also provided us with some fruits, food, water and a couple of beers :) We can also mention that she speaks fluent English. We would absolutely recommend this apartment for your stay in Alghero. Perfect stay

The flat lived up to the information provided and turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. It is very clean, well-equipped and brand new. It's really close to the city centre and yet in a calm residential area. You can get a glimpse of the sea from the terrace. Into the bargain we got a little extra - very pleasant and easy-to-deal-with landlord (lady) who was helpful in every possible respect. We enjoyed our stay and can sincerely recommend this property.
