Bonne localisation, environnement calme.

Bon séjour pour une famille nombreuse. Extérieur agréable mais une partie encombrée de matériels vétustes.Seul bémol pour l'eau chaude capricieuse et évacuation douche défectueuse.

La maison est superbement située dans un cadre juste magique elle est spacieuse ! Superbe maison familiale ! Table de ping pong barbecue les petits plus super appréciés ! Seuls petits bémols la propreté un peu limite et le manque d'eau il y a 2 salles de bains mais pas assez d'eau pour alimenter 2 douches à la fois et un peu la galère pour l'eau chaude ! Mais ceux sont les vacances donc cool aussi de ne pas retrouver la même chose qu'à la maison !!

Maison avec très bon emplacement !

Nous avons apprécié le bon emplacement de la maison, au coeur de la pinède, proche de la plage de la Vigne (côté bassin), de la plage de la Torchère (côté océan) et de la piste cyclable. Nous avons pu tout faire à vélo! Nous avons aimé la belle pièce à vivre avec la cuisine ouverte et les chambres et salle de bain (rénovées) très fonctionnelles. Nous avons par contre été un peu décus de l'extérieur car le terrain est assez réduit, la terrasse semble peu entretenue et le mobilier est vieillissant c'est dommage... Mais nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille et entre amis et repartons plein de bons souvenirs !

Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis

Nous avons passé un merveilleux réveillon entre amis chez François et Kathya qui ont une grande maison à qqs minutes à pied d'une jolie petite plage ds un quartier résidentiel très calme. Dans la pièce de vie, grâce aux grandes vitres, on se sent dans les arbres , avec bp de lumière, c'est très apaisant. La pièce est grande et à 8 adultes, chacun peut flâner dans un coin de canapé ou un fauteuil confortable. Espace cuisine bien équipé. Tres bonne literie dans toutes les chambres. Un vrai esprit de famille rôde dans cette maison, on se l'approprie tout de suite. François et Kathya sont d'une grande gentillesse et très arrangeants et confiants, ce qui contribue à se sentir bien. Un grand merci à eux
