Situated in Itri, Characteristic and charming newly renovated farmhouse, within an organic olive farm, about 5 km from the beaches of Gaeta. The house consists of four bedrooms and four bathrooms (3 double and one triple), all with new internal bathrooms and large "walk in" showers; the house can accommodate a total of 9 adults, large kitchen (equipped with professional dishwasher, refrigerator, 6-burner kitchen type restaurant, washing machine, all new 2020, pots and pans) and a small reading room on the ground floor. Two entrances Portico and hall, fenced park of 2.5 hectares with two internal streets for wonderful walks in Nature. Private access, unattended, uncovered private parking spaces. Good cellular signal, adsl is not present. Among the various facilities are barbecue facilities, a garden, as well as a shared lounge. At the guest house, the rooms include a wardrobe. The area is popular for snorkelling and cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. Cassino is 34 km from S. Martino 30. We are 400 mt close to Itri Rail Station. The nearest airport is Naples International Airport, 75 km, Rome Airports 120 km from the guest house.
