Perfect location for nightlife!

This was a last minute change to our last night in Rome. After walking through this Trastevere neighborhood two weeks earlier, we decided to find an apt nearby. Fabio was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Apartment was just perfect for three girls. The location was so awesome. That last night makes me want to come back to Rome, simply to stay here again and hang out for a few days. Totally different experience than the tourist Rome trip, yet absolutely close and easy access to all those touristy type “things”. Make your reservation now!

Ottima posizione in Roma

L'appartamento, più piccolo di quel che appare nelle foto, è molto carino e pulito. Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro di Roma nel bel quartiere di Trastevere. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Potete prenotare tranquillamente e godere il vostro soggiorno a Roma. Unico neo: quando abbiamo prenotato il prezzo mostrato dal sito era circa la metà di quello poi effettivamente applicato. Ci hanno spiegato che si era trattato di un errore, stavano aggiornando il sito. Avremmo avuto comunque la possibilità di rifiutare e cercare altro ma siccome eravamo a ridosso del viaggio abbiamo preferito mantenere la prenotazione. Quindi: attenzione ai prezzi ma, se lo scegliete, andate tranquilli!

Best location in Rome!

We really enjoyed being in the Trastevere neighborhood. Many restaurants, bakeries, and bars. We walked everywhere from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was a huge plus. Nice older building with high ceilings. Really felt like we had our very own apartment in the heart of Rome. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, so dass die meisten Attraktionen fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Trastevere hat besonders am Abend sehr viel zu bieten, so dass auch die Kinder sehr begeistert waren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tadellos und schnell. Vielen Dank an Fabio für alles! Andreas E.

Excellent service and cosy apartment in Trastevere

Fabio is an great host and we felt very well welcomed! We are family of five from Swedeen that find the apartment exact liked described and the location in the hart of Travestere could not be better. Stayed fore 3 nights and are pleased with everything.

Atmosfere d'epoca

Appartamento accogliente e molto caratteristico in un palazzo d'epoca: soffitti con travi in legno a vista ed elegante parquet, dotato di tutto il necessario, letto comodo, un piccolo cucinino, bagno funzionale. L'appartamento è molto pulito, e nonostante la zona sia animata e ricca di ristoranti, risulta comunque abbastanza silenzioso. La posizione è decisamente ottima, centralissima, il quartiere gradevole e vivace. Il proprietario, Fabio, è stato da subito disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Una sola precisazione: la posizione indicativa segnalata dal sito risulta nella zona di via della Seggiola per entrambi gli appartamenti pubblicizzati, in realtà l'appartamento Benedetta si trova nell'altra sponda del Tevere, vicino a piazza Trilussa. Ad ogni modo la differenza è veramente minima. Lo consigliamo. Ringraziamo ancora Fabio per la disponibilità!
