Lockable storage in shed. Enclosed terrace garden to the rear with patio, lawned area, furniture, and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Please note all bookings taken after 29/10/2019 will be liable to pay a good house keeping bond for £200 on this property.

We had a wonderful time at Medland. Chudleigh is a great location for exploring Devon.
