About this property

Spacious and bright apartment of recent construction located on the first floor of an independent villa with garden and private parking, in a small hamlet of the municipality of Montignoso surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the countryside, a few minutes (5) from the sea coast.
The house has an independent access, ample parking and garden on all sides of the property with a shaded area, table, chairs, hammock and availability of barbecue.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, oven), large dining table, high chair for children, living room with TV and WI-FI throughout the house
In the sleeping area there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (with the possibility, on request, of a bed for two people), two complete bathrooms.
The house also has large independent terraces with panoramic views of the Apuan mountains, the Aghinolfi castle and the sea.
Part of the garden is made available and for the exclusive use of guests. In the months of June and September without added costs we give you the opportunity to have an umbrella and two deck chairs in a fully equipped bathing establishment.

Fantastic Spacious Vacation House

We had a great stay in this vacation house. It has 3 bedrooms, of which 1 has airconditioning, 2 bathrooms and big livingroom with a full equipped kitchen. You can make use of the big garden, use of the BBQ, there is also a washing machine available. You can park your car next to the house. Ginevra and Mauro are great hosts. We also made use of the offer to make use of a parasol and beachbeds at their beach club. We will definitely come back next year.

Also great the second time

Like last year we had a great vacation this summer at the Riviera della Versilia. Ginevra and Mauro are super hosts. Many thanks to both of them. It is not unlikely that we will return next year ;-)

Good and spaciuos apartament

Everything was more or less as expected. We were unfortunate to experience some small problems that put the hosts’ communication skills to the test. For example, a recently bought fridge was installed not correctly. They were taken care of quite quickly by the hosts but I wish that the communication from our host Ginevra would have been a little better. You see, the hosts also run a beach property which is their primary business and unfortunately we felt that Ginevra was preoccupied with it. But I think that we were just unlucky to have these unexpected problems and things will be better for other guests 🙂 We also missed a few small things, like better lighting in one of the bedrooms, hooks for towels in bathrooms. A few things to keep in mind that arė not in the description: the air conditioner is available only in one of the bedrooms. That was not a big problem for us as the heat at our visit in June was not intense. There is a train line nearby so you should expect a bit of noise from passing trains. That being said, we liked that the apartments were very specious, each bedroom had its own balcony. We enjoyed the living room with the large dining table. Although the hosts live on the first floor we enjoyed a lot of privacy because they were away most of the time. We also took advantage of the hosts' offer to spend time on their beach free of charge.

Großzügige Wohnung mit viel Komfort

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß und alle 3 Schlafzimmer sowie das große Wohnzimmer mit Küche sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zwei helle Badezimmer sind jeweils mit mit Toilette und Dusche bzw. Badewanne ausgestattet. Es gab nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und der schöne Blick von der umlaufenden Terrasse sollte auch erwähnt werden!

Super logement

Nous avons passé la semaine de l’ascension en famille. Très bel appartement, spacieux, bien aménagé, de grandes chambres. De plus il est très bien situé pour les visites entre la Toscane et la ligurie. L’accueil était très sympa Nous reviendrons. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle découverte
