Many cob webs old.Needs a good clean and TLC. The staircase is a nightmare for anyone with mobility issues. The (garden is a small table under the kitchen window 3ft from four large dust bins .The most disturbing was the mattress that spoilt our week,previous holiday folk have written in the guest book concerns about the item.We love Derbyshire having lived there for 50yrs,so returning for a catch up was spoilt by lack of sleep.We could cope with the other issues but not the mattress ..
