Inside, it also includes an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Its outside area hosts plenty of off-road parking as well as a lawn and patio with furniture and a barbecue. Langham is a wonderful spot to base your Rutland holiday.

The Rutland Water Nature Reserve offers watersports, a small water adventure park, birdwatching, a sailing club and fishing opportunities.
