Comprising 4 bedrooms (2 beds 160 and 4 beds 90), 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, large kitchen (piano Lacanche, dishwasher, washing machine), this villa also has a lounge-TV (with 2 sofa beds) 140 if necessary), a second living room and a dining room. Outside, terrace with garden table for 10/12 people, garden of 1500 m², heated pool of 10m x 5m with standing food for 8/10 people, summer kitchen sheltered and heated (barbecue, plancha and sink ), outdoor shower, hammock area. Electric gate with possibility of parking 3 cars. Real haven of peace in 5mn / 10mn beaches and downtown Biarritz.

This is a great house, with a beautiful pool, in a fantastic location - being on the outskirts of Biarritz enables you to easily explore both the city and surrounding area and beaches.

Biarritz summer

It’s a very nice place with nice decoration, good facilities and a good pool and well located near Biarritz but with easy access to Saint Jean de Luz and San Sebastián in a car. The only real blight on our stay was we were in Mosquito season and it was a toss up between being too hot in the bedrooms at night or risking the bites!

Wonderful house in lovely Biarritz

Me and my family spent a week in Nathalie’s beautiful property in Biarritz. The house was exactly as you could see in the photos. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms- all modern and well equipped. The kitchen and the living room were super nice and spacious. With new furniture and all very well maintained. The saltwater pool was warm and enjoyable. The garden had wonderful barbecue facilities and we could enjoy our time inside and outside. The house is well located but we recommend coming by car in order to get quickly into the city. The house and the neighborhood is very quiet, although a few times per day some planes land nearby. But this is definitely not a problem. So we will certainly come again.

Fantastische week in Biarritz

Prima woning met als extra 2 persoons gastenverblijf, dat was een bonus. Ligging fantastisch (daarop oa uitgekozen) tov van stranden, golfbanen, centrum, station en vliegveld. Daardoor verkeersgeluiden hoorbaar, maar niet storend. Uitrusting huis geweldig: van handdoeken tot koffiemachine, zoutwater zwembad en buitengrill.

Magnifique maison !

Notre séjour s'est déroulé à merveille. La maison est exceptionnelle, la confiance de la part du propriétaire est complète, nous avons pu utiliser les planches de surfs, le petit scooter, le billard ! Séjour parfait, accompagné de nos jeunes adultes qui sont sortis à Biarritz tous les soirs. Petit bémol sur les explications à l'arrivée, rendant l'utilisation de la piscine compliquée. Sinon à recommander chaudement !
