The house has two floors: on the ground floor there is the hall, the kitchen, a bathroom, the living-dining room, an outdoor patio with its barbecue and swimming pool for children and adults, fenced to ensure the protection of children and the tranquility of the parents. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom.
