## Space

Our spacious rustic and orient-inspired apartment is fantastic base to explore Paris and all it has to offer. It is great space to get away from your routine and enjoy your time away. You will benefit from well equipped appartement that enables you to live as a local and relax.

It is only 5 mins walking distance from the Metro 3 Line and is in very nice, quiet and safe area. The apartment has electric heating and wireless internet.

Living Room: is very spacious with comfortable sofa (could be used as sofa bed for 2) and large plasma TV making it easy to relax using our Bbox. There is enough storage space - 2 wardrobes ready to be used. The living room is connected to kitchen and disposes of 2 large windows that let in a lot of natural light. The street that it faces to is very quiet side street to the buzzing part of Marais. Perfect base to benefit of calm in the heart of Paris.

Kitchen: is well equipped and functional. Feel free to use it as much as possible - maybe whip up some french dish? You will be able to use coffee machine, kettle, microwave, washing machine and hob.

Bathroom: The bathroom is right after the living room. It is modern and convenient. You will be able to relax in the bathtub after day full of exploring the capital of France. There is a hairdryer should you need it in the bathroom cupboard as well.

Bedroom: The primary bedroom is at the end of the small corridor from the living room, passing the bathroom. It is very cosy and rustic room. We do use hotel standard linen - freshly delivered just before your stay and you will be pleased to know there is very comfortable mattress as well.

Wonderful location

It was in a basement unit and the windows were a little too far in to the street to let light in. It didn't matter to us much because we were outside all day and night, but there were moments where my partner was nursing his injury that I wished it had been more comfortable - and that the wifi and tv worked (tv never worked either). We contacted the property multiple times about the wifi (and reset it a few times), but it never worked. We contacted the property about getting cash back for that but this seemed to be more hassle than it was worth.

Leider kamen wir in Paris an, aber leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt wo sich die Wohnung befindet. So mussten wir uns kurzfristig eine andere Wohnung mieten.

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of three. The apartment was spacious, clean, secure, and and the location was very convenient. Market close by, local restaurants, cafes, Metro and parks all within walking distance. The bathroom needs a bit of work and the shower was difficult to use (kept spraying all over). Also the apt had a great Nespresso maker, but no coffee and those capsules aren’t available in markets. Would have been nice to have a few in the kitchen. But everything worked and was a good value for the space and location.
