Cala Reale Apartments located in Stintino, facing new harbor, with furnished patio and garden with sea view, just minutes from the beach of Stintino Villaggio. These 50 sqm open spaces are completely renovated, equipped with a new kitchen with induction, LED, fridge, microwave oven, crockery, coffee machine, toaster, 32-inch flat screen digital TV, free wi-fi. The living room is equipped with a new and comfortable sofa bed and a designer dining table. The sleeping area is equipped with new large memory mattresses, designer bedside tables and a new wardrobe. Exclusive bathroom with shower, comfortable veranda of 40 sqm furnished, furnished garden with sea view. For a fee it is possible to rent bicycles, and visit the beautiful Asinara Park on board of a yacht. Alghero Airport is 35 km away.

Una casa o una cantina?

La casa puzza di muffa, c'è un'umidità tale che la carta igienica era praticamente bagnata. Ci sono delle macchie di muffa dietro il divano, sul lato destro del bagno e due sopra il letto. L'aria è irrespirabile e fa male alla salute!! L'appartamento è un pianoterra, ma sotto il livello della strada. Non ha finestre. Il giardino è un finto prato senza la "vista mare". Nell'annuncio figurava anche il terrazzo vista mare, ma era del proprietario della casa del primo piano. Nella veranda e sotto il tappetino del bagno abbiamo trovato dei vermi. Il getto della doccia era ridicolo. La veranda, non avendo nessun cancello di protezione, era praticamente inutilizzabile. Chiunque poteva entrarci. Il wi-fi e la tv non funzionavano. I telefoni non prendono dentro l'appartamento. Le distanze con il centro e la spiaggia della Pelosa non corrispondono a quelle dell'annuncio. Dopo due giorni ce ne siamo andati, perdendo un bel po' di soldi, ma la salute prima di tutto. Giuro che è tutto vero. Non fate il nostro stesso errore! Non lasciatevi ingannare anche voi dalle foto e dalla descrizione!!! Se invece siete amanti del buon vino e avete intenzione di conservarlo, siete nel posto giusto.................

Gentile ospite Ci dispiace che abbia scritto una recensione mistificando la realtà. Come da annuncio si evince che sia dal giardino che dal patio c è vista mare contraddicendo alle sue diffamazioni . L appartamento è al piano stradale tanto da consentire L accesso ai disabili. Il monolocale ha una porta finestra larga quanto L appartamento. Le foto e la locazione corrispondono al vero essendo ubicato esattamente come in mappa. Il giardino presenta palme e lentischio, fiori essendo arredato con sdraio come da foto. È dotato di climatizzatore e arredamento completamente a nuovo con materasso memory microonde tostapane set batteria lagostina e piano ad induzione. Forse non avrà gradito il check in anticipato gratuitamente alla mattina, oppure il video per raggiungere la struttura, oppure il parcheggio privato a lei riservato fronte casa. Lei dopo due giorni ha preferito recarsi a castelsardo per continuare le sue vacanze pretendendo il rimborso della partenza anticipata. Mi dispiace ma oltre ad essere non rimborsabile la prenotazione non è consentito richiederla finite le vacanze e dopo circa un mese .per quanto riguarda la salute ha riferito di presentare da circa due mesi disturbi di allergie respiratorie ancora non ben diagnosticate . Per tale motivo le abbiamo anche offerto un altra struttura che lei ha rifiutato preferendo di continuare le sue vacanze a Castelsardo! Ci dispiace ma il suo disappunto per il mancato rimborso preteso non giustifica la sua pessima recensione, Le auguriamo nonostante tutto una Pronta guarigione ed un ottima salute !
