SARDINIA SORSO RIVIERA - PLATAMONA

The house is surrounded by pine trees in a magnificent private park located in the exclusive seaside town of Platamona, from Porto Torres in the north of Sardinia, a few km and its port.
The park, perfectly maintained, also offers a security service 24h-24h
The housing part, of 90 square meters, is situated entirely on one floor with large living-room with comfortable sofa bed and LED TV, open space is a kitchen fully equipped with air conditioning, two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds and bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room leads to a large terrace of 100 sqm with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, washing machine and dining table shaded by a gazebo, sunbathing area with loungers, swings and benches.
On the ground floor there is a private garden and fenced that covers over 300 square meters under typical pines of Sardinia, with outdoor shower, hammocks and flowering and ornamental plants.
Also on the property it is a large enclosed space to park at least two cars.
From the house, through the walkways in the private pine forest, is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach of 35 km long Platamona overlooking the island of Asinara and equipped with various Bar and Cafeteria.

This is a very beautifull vacation residence. We had a fabulous stay right in the heart of all the beautifull areas in Sardinia. The host and welcome are heartwarming. Really nice beach holiday

The house is located in a nice residence, the kids easily made friends to play football and on the beach. The house is fully-equipped, everything one needs for the beach was there, we appreciated the out-door kitchen, we lived on the terrace with the nice numerous corners to relax, friendly turtles, helpful and nice hosts. The beach is lovely, it's easy to go to other places as well from there. We definitely recommend!

Schöne geräumige Ferienunterkunft

Schöne Ferienunterkunft ,riesigeTerasse mit einer Aussenküche teils überdacht,Kamingrill Waschmaschine alles vorhanden,im Innenraum noch eine Küche,die wir aber nie benutzten. Die Dusche im Innenbereich ist sehr klein,dafür gibt es eine Aussendusche im Garten,die habe ich meistens genutzt.Die Komunikation mit den Vermietern bzw. mit dem Verwalter lief dank Translator recht gut (sprechen nur italienisch). Die Straße gegeüber war gelegentlich ein bisschen laut,die ital.Nachbarn auch. Aber als erfahrene Italien Urlauber störte uns das nicht.Der Weg zum Strand war ungefähr 300m lang. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit einer prima Unterkunft und netten Vermietern.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr großer Terrasse, die Aussenküche war der absolute Hit. diese haben wir ausschließlich genutzt. Natürlich auch den Grill! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nähe zum Strand war sehr gut. die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett, er hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Ein kleine Bitte habe ich aber noch. Bitte eine genaue Erklärung für die Entsorgung des Mülls bereit legen. Mit den Öffnungszeiten. Das wäre sehr hilfreich. Danke

Déçus des prestations et du service!

Contrairement aux prestations annoncées, il n'y avait pas de wifi, pas de piles dans les télécommandes, pas de climatisation dans la seconde chambre destinée à nos ados qui ont mal dormi toute la semaine sous 40 degrés. De la poudre toxique disposée partout contre les fourmies qui montaient jusque dans le frigo. Voisins très proches et très bruyants qui faisaient le barbecue jusqu'à 23h enfumant les chambres. Route passante à proximité du jardin et vue de la terrasse. Nous n'avons pas pu déposer les dernières poubelles au local le samedi car c'était fermé mais nous avons demandé à Irène si nous pouvions les déposer ailleurs. Elle nous a répondu qu'elle le ferait sans problème. Nous lui avons offert un parasol. Nous sommes rentrés avant hier et nous venons de recevoir un message du propriétaire, Salvatore, nous accusant d'être irrespectueux et nous disant qu'il va lancer une procédure pour faire retirer 50€ de notre carte bancaire à cause des poubelles. Sachant que nous ne nous sommes pas plaint de tout le reste, c'est aberrant ! Il nous harcèle avec des longs messages depuis ce matin. Est-ce que des gens irrespectueux nettoient les salles de bains et cuisine et plient les serviettes et draps alors qu'ils ont payé 100€ pour le ménage ? Comme quoi il ne faut pas se fier à des photos dans une annonce ! Nous n'avions jamais eu de problèmes depuis des années via Abritel jusqu'à ce jour!

Giusto per chiarezza.....nessuno vi ha mai accusato d'aver rotto il Router, il giorno del vostro arrivo noi abbiamo visto che la batteria era gonfia e ve lo abbiamo fatto presente immediatamente, provvedendo all'ordine della stessa per limitare il disagio nel minor tempo possibile, ma nelle isole i tempi di consegna sono più lunghi. Le batterie del telecomando si scaricano e anche lì ci siamo resi disponibili a venire a sostituirle, ma avete risposto che avevate risolto personalmente. Per l'aria condizionata abbiamo una casa di 60 mq e due split sono sempre stati sufficienti. LA POLVERE VELENOSA è solamente borotalco, espediente che usiamo per tenere lontano gli insetti (formiche ecc.) essendo la casa immersa in una pineta a due passi dal mare (gli insetti in certi contesti immersi nella natura ci sono in tutto il mondo e non siamo noi a doverli educare). Mi spiace contraddirvi ma L'IMMONDIZIA era di parecchi giorni e non solo del giorno prima della vostra partenza (è spiegato e indicato con cartelli in casa e all'ingresso del villaggio e sul sito dove avete prenotato). Per il VICINATO non abbiamo il controllo sulle persone che sono in vacanza e vogliono divertirsi, comunque all'ingresso c'erano le guardie e potevate segnalarlo. Ora minaccia una denuncia perché il sito non le ha ancora restituito i VOSTRI 50€ che vi erano stati chiesti per il disagio creato alla Sig. Irene che per più giorni (visto che al villaggio vige la raccolta differenziata)ha dovuto andare a buttare i VOSTRI RIFIUTI. Io il 3 Agosto ho autorizzato il sito alla restituzione dell'importo perché non siamo persone alle quali piacciono queste situazioni assurde, non è mai successo e voglio che tutto questo abbia fine.....oggi dopo averli richiamati mi hanno assicurato che entro 2/3 giorni lavorativi avrà il suo rimborso e lei continua ancora con le minacce di denuncia. Non ho altro da dirle se non che sperare che almeno il mare sia stato di vostro gradimento......Salvatore

Casa molto confortevole, in ottima posizione.

la casa è in un'ottima posizione, relativamente vicina alla spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi in max. 5 minuti. C'è una grandissima terrazza dotata di caminetto, cucina e lavello esterno, tavoli, sedie, lettini, ombrelloni e gazebo. Estremamente piacevole e comoda da vivere quando non si è in spiaggia. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e la dotazione di casa è davvero notevole. Da ritornare!

villa Sara mi ha fatto rinascere

La mia vacanza a villa Sara e' stata meravigliosa! La casa ha veramente tutti i comfort, non ho mai trovato cosi' tanta cura nei dettagli; non solo c'era di tutto, addirittura racchette per giocare, ombrelloni , zaini da portare in spiaggia, di tutto di piu', anche nel bagno ed in cucina !! Io vissuto 15 giorni nel meraviglioso patio, ( ho problemi alle ginocchia e mi devo operare tra un mesetto ) per cui non ho potuto godere della spiaggia ( per la prima volta in 57 anni...e dei bagni in mare..) ma mio marito si!!! E quel patio era proprio adatto alle mie esigenze...sedie alte e molto comode, barbecue, cucina fuori e anche lavandino dove mio marito lavava le spigole che prendeva, che meraviglia!!! Il gazebo con i divanetti era il mio posto preferito dopo cena, oppure per l'aperitivo, e l'aria condizionata in casa......perfettamente funzionante come tutto cio' che vi ho trovato! Io e mio marito torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno, e spero tanto di godermi anche la spiaggia vicinissima raggiungibile a piedi! wunderschöner Urlaub!!!

Die Beschreibung passt sehr gut. Man wohnt im oberen Teil des Gebäudes, unten besteht ein Vorgarten mit Hängematten und einer Außendusche (Gold wert!). Die Außenterasse ist ein Traum, verbunden mit der Außenküche und dem Grill hält man sich fast nur außen auf. Das gesamte Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Man merkt, das der Eigentümer es selbst nutzt. Salvatore ist ein supernetter Gastgeber und über Handy/Whatsapp immer zu erreichen und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist des Objekts ist in einer bewachten Ferienanlage, nach unserem Eindruck waren die anderen Nutzer der Anlage ausnahmslos Italiener, es war super angenehm. Der Strand ist ein Traum und keine 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben es unheimlich genossen und danken Salvatore für das Überlassen seines Domizils. Wir waren von Ende August bis Mitte September 2022 dort und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

angolo di paradiso

Appartamento situato all' interno di un complesso con varie tipologie di appartamenti in una pineta a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Platamona, con cancello automatico e custode h 24/24. Nonostante il periodo molto caldo l' appartamento resta fresco, e' comunque dotato di due climatizzatori. E' dotato di tutto il necessario, compresi lettini e ombrelloni. Il pezzo forte e' comunque il spazioso terrazzo,dotato di barbecue, lavabo, piano cottura, tavolo ombreggiato dove consumare i pasti, lettini per prendere il sole, divanetti ecc. In giardino c'e' anche una doccia con acqua calda, molto comoda. La zona e' molto tranquilla,ma come ovunque dipende dai vicini. In 30 minuti in auto si raggiungono le spiagge di Stintino, tra cui la Pelosa, da evitare in agosto. Unico rammarico non aver potuto conoscere i gentilissimi proprietari, asseenti per lavoro.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 2. Stock einer Reihenbungalow-Anlage. Im Inserat wird die Wohnung als Ferienhaus beschrieben. Das trifft leider nicht zu. Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang. Trotzdem sind alle Wohnung miteinander verbunden und dadurch ist der Lärmpegel entsprechend, da auf allen Terrassen gegrillt und getratscht wird. Erst gegen 23:30h wird es langsam etwas ruhiger. Die Bungalowanlage liegt in einer geschlossenen Ferienanlage, die 24h Zugang nur über eine Chipkarte ermöglicht. In der Hauptsaison ist die Anlage sehr voll und man bekommt fast keinen Parkplatz. Die Villa Sara ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Und sie ist vollkommen ausgestattet da sie auch vom Vermieter selbst genutzt wird. Daher ist nicht nur das Nötigste vorhanden, sondern eher im Gegenteil mehr als genug an Ausstattung. Toll ist die Aussenküche mit Gasherd und Spültisch und Holzkohlegrill. Wir haben uns praktisch abends immer auf der Terrasse aufgehalten. In der 3 Zimmer-Wohnung sind wir eigentlich nur nachts gewesen. Das Bad ist etwas eng und die Toilette ist nicht separat. Bei mehr als 3-4 Personen ist das etwas unpraktisch. In der Ferienanlage bzw in Laufdistanz ist keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden. Daher ist man immer auf das Auto angewiesen, was zu entsprechend viel Verkehr in der Ferien-Anlage führt. Umständlich ist die Zufahrt bzw Ausfahrt da es in der Anlage fast nur Einbahnstraßen gibt. Umständlich ist auch die Müllentsorgung (nur zw. 17Uhr abends und 6Uhr morgens an bestimmten Tagen). Der nahe Sandstrand ist in 200 Metern Entfernung und ist toll und das Wasser sehr sauber. Wir haben auch viele der Strände besucht die in der nahen Umgebung zw. 10-30km besucht. Je nach Saison können manche der schönen Strände zum Teil sehr überlaufen sein. Restaurants gibt es jede Menge in der Umgebung jedoch nur sehr wenige sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Betreuung durch den Eigentümer und seine Tochter lief problemlos via E-mail bzw Whatsapp. Vor Ort erfolgte eine gute Einweisung und es ist auch ein Hausmeister vorhanden der sich um den Garten oder auch Technik kümmert. Danke an das gesamte Team von Salvatore für die tolle Unterstützung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique sejour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et passés de superbe vacance. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire jusqu’au moindre détail. Tout était parfait.

Superbe location !

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines à 4 dans cet agréable et très propre appartement doté de tout le confort et décoré avec gout, avec une superbe terrasse en prime, le tout très proche de la mer. accès à pied à une plage de sable fin et eau à température super agréable ! Merci à Gildanna pour sa gentillesse et son sens de l'organisation, Paola et Vincenzo pour leur réactivité en cas de demandes particulières. A louer sans modération !

La casa risponde alle caratteristiche descritte nell'annuncio ben fornita di ogni elettrodomestico e attrezzatura e con un terrazzo splendido ( parte piu' sfruttata dell'intera casa) per pasti all'aperto e riposo Unica pecca il contesto in cui e' ubicata ( Mega quartiere/paese con una miriade di abitazioni un po' rumoroso e con parcheggio NON sempre fruibile)che non era specificato nell'annuncio Nel complesso pero' vacanza piacevole spiaggia comoda libera non troppo affollata e mare quasi sempre bello con acqua limpida e discretamente pulita padroni gentili e disponibili e tanto relax

Mara, la ringrazio per la bella recensione, mi spiace abbiate trovato difficoltà con il posteggio ma essendo il periodo di ferragosto probabilmente era inevitabile questo disagio considerata la massima affluenza al villaggio. Sarà comunque mia premura farlo presente nelle prossime occasioni ricadenti in Agosto. Cordialmente la saluto unitamente alla sua famiglia Salvatore.
