This lovely holiday house is located in the small village Sarici and it is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery and nature. It can accommodate 8 persons that sleeps in 4 bedrooms. The interiors are beautifuly furnished and equipped. It has big living room with smart TV, two air condition units and fireplace for colder times. The kitchen has everything what you need for longer stay.
WI-FI is available.
Outside area has 2000m2 and you can enjoy in shadow of large terrace and refresh yourself in pool during summer heat.
For your entertainment you can enjoy playing game of ping-pong , table football and badmington. Your children can play in the well kept garden and jump around in trampoline.
Visit the Adrenalin Park in the neighboring Glavani, which will delight adventurers. You can learn riding in the village Manjadvorci on the ranch Barba Tone and relax in the sun on the nearest beaches, which are located in the villages Krnica and Duga Uvala with aqua park. Visit the impressive ancient towns of this area such as Pula, Rovinj, Porec and Rabac.

Lovely summer vacation

We had a lovely week at the house. The house was exactly as per the photos. It is finished to a very high standard. Bedrooms are all a good size. Showers in the bathrooms are good. Lots of outside space. There were loads of pool inflatables so we didn’t need to buy any which was a bonus! The table football was a huge hit!! Great eating space outside the kitchen with a curtain to help shade which was appreciated. Highly recommend

Traumhafte Villa mit wunderschönem Anwesen und tollem Vermieter

Wir waren 14 tage in den Pfingstferien zu Gast in der Villa Malfantina und haben unsere Ferien von der ersten Minute genossen. Im Haus stimmt einfach alles , die Liebe steckt in jedem Detail und man spürt , dass es dem Vermieter eine Herzensangelegenheit ist, den Gästen schöne Ferien zu bescheren. Man kann ihn immer erreichen und wenn man etwas braucht kommt er vorbei. Das Anwesen und die Villa entsprechen genau den Bildern. Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz, Tischtennis und einen Tischkicker , für Wasser Spielzeug ist auch gesorgt . Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Allerdings braucht man ein Auto , aber das weiß man ja vorher. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

In elk opzicht fantastisch!

Ruim, schoon, goed onderhouden en heel compleet en sfeervol ingericht huis. Goede bedden, douche en keukenapparatuur. Veel heerlijke zitjes buiten, altijd keuze uit zon en schaduw. Rustige locatie en bezienswaardigheden goed bereikbaar. En dan ook nog een heerlijke fles wijn van een heel vriendelijke, grappige en behulpzame eigenaar! We hebben hier een fantastische week gehad, dankjewel Mladen!

Entspannter Urlaub in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten ein paar schöne und erholsame Urlaubstage in diesem sehr schönen und komplett ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es fehlte an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Art von Mladen, dem Hausbesitzer, der sich rührend kümmerte, wenn es nötig war.

Top Unterkunft!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles entspricht genaustens den Bildern auf der Seite. Das Haus war sauber und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung hat uns auch sehr positiv überrascht, es gab ein Bügeleisen sowie jegliches Koch - und Putzzubehör. Der Pool ist total schön und das Grundstück ist sehr groß - insgesamt wirklich eine top Unterkunft. Mladen ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend, war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tips für Restaurants oder Ausflüge. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet mit Grill, Pool, vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker und Trampolin. Mladen ist ein super Gastgeber und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und einen guten Metzger für Grillfleisch gegeben. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto um zum Haus zu gelangen aber dann ist es zentral positioniert und man erreicht alle Städte innerhalb von 30-60 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir waren 7 Personen davon 2 Kinder mit 3 und 5 Jahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wie schon mehrfach beschrieben ist Mladen ein super Vermieter des Hauses. Er bemüht sich sehr sollte man etwas benötigen. Kommunikation über WhatsApp recht unkompliziert. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Man sieht so einiges an Tieren von kleinen Krabbeltieren bis zum Hasen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub

Gerne schließen wir uns den positiven Bewertungen vollkommen an. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen schönen, ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub. Nach einer langen 13 h Fahrt sind die Kinder sofort in den sauberen Pool gesprungen. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen super ausgestattet. Man muss das Haus / Gelände nicht zwangsläufig verlassen: es bietet sehr viel Ruhe, sehr viel Entspannung, jedoch auch für Kinder ganz viel Beschäftigung. Ob Tischfußball, Tischtennis oder viel Platz für Gesellschaftsspiele ist außer dem Pool alles vorhanden. Man hört und sieht in der Natur so viele Tiere, welche in Deutschland kaum noch auffindbar sind. Trotz der sehr ländlichen Lage ist man sehr schnell in die Zivilisation wieder zurück gekehrt und kann die Buchten und Promenaden am Meer genießen. Mladen ist der perfekte Gastgeber, welcher sich sehr gut um sein Haus kümmert. Er ist per Handy / WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar und gibt Tipps für Ausflugziele in der Umgebung. Vielen herzlichen Dank noch einmal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach toll

Als allererstes möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft von Mladen hervorheben. Sehr freundlich,nett, hilfsbereit da passt einfach alles. Wir hatten einen platten Reifen ,kurze whats app an Mladen , 2 stunden später war alles erledigt. Mladen und dem Mechaniker ( ist im Ort mit seiner Werkstatt) sei dank. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr schön eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sollte etwas fehlen wird sich darum gekümmert. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern dort,es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kinderhochstuhl ,Kinderbuggy alles da.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, wer also einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Pula und einige andere Städte und Strände sind in 15- 30 min locker erreichbar. Nochmal, vielen dank an Mladen . Mach weiter so und bleib so wie du bist, das ist heutzutage sehr selten.

Fantastische Unterkunft

Viel wurde schon in den letzten Bewertungen geschrieben, die uns tatsächlich auch überzeugten, bei Mladen zu buchen. Und was soll man sagen, es ist alles wahr! Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und überaus gut ausgestattet. Mladen ist, wie schon mehrere Mitrezensenten schrieben, ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der seine Gäste wirklich zu schätzen weiß! Unnötig, nochmals all die positiven Sachen zu nennen, die eh schon geschrieben wurden. Nach Kritikpunkten muss man wirklich suchen. Lediglich auf Insekten und sonstiges Getier sollte man sich einstellen. Einzig störend sind dabei die Mücken. Im Haus ist davon jedoch nichts zu spüren, an jedem Fenster befinden sich Schutzgitter! Danke nochmal für alles, Mladen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir fahren gerade von einen wunderbaren Urlaubswoche zurück (und stehen im im Stau vor dem Karawankentunnel 🙈). Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei Jungs im Alter von 6 und 11 Jahren dort. Das Haus ist quasi uneinsehbar von außen am Rand eines kleines Ortes gelegen inmitten der Natur. Super für alle Ruhesuchenden. Toll ausgestattet mit einem sehr schön angelegten Pool, Trampolin, Tischtennis, Kicker, einer größeren Wiese zum z.B. Fußballspielen (gehört alles zum Grundstück des Vermieters). Wir haben fast jeden Tag gegrillt am Kamingrill. Es war küchenseitig alles da was man braucht - sogar eine Knoblauchpresse. Das Haus wirkt neuwertig, die Einrichtung in jedem Zimmer ist liebevoll gestaltet. Der Vermieter Mladen achtet auf die Details. Praktisch ist z.B. auch eine Aufbewahrungsbox am Pool für die persönlichen Pool Sachen. Wie hier schon einige geschrieben haben: Mladen ist der Hit, super nett, immer ansprechbar per WhatsApp, hilfsbereit, und trotzdem zurückhaltend und dezent. Am Schluss bei der Verabschiedung ist uns eine volle Flasche seines leckeren selbst gemachten Rotweins runtergefallen. Er hat sofort alles saubergemacht (und wollte uns nicht zumindest helfen lassen) und hat uns sogar noch eine Ersatzflasche von seinem Haus in der Nähe geholt und geschenkt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke Mladen für die schöne Zeit!!!

Sehr sauberes modernes Haus in wilder Natur

Hat man das Haus erst einmal gefunden (neues Haus, welches sich am Ende einer kaum erkennbaren Sackgasse befindet) steht einem traumhaften Urlaub nichts mehr im Wege. Ein Anruf beim Vermieter bei Ankunft in Sarici verkürzt die lange Sucherei. Das Haus befindet sich inmitten wilder Natur und ist dafür außergewöhnlich sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sollte doch etwas fehlen, genügt ein Anruf beim Vermieter (Mladen). Überhaupt war die Kommunikation außergewöhnlich. Mladen wohnt im Ort, ist bei Problemen schnell zur Stelle und kümmert sich persönlich um das Wohl-Befinden. Mladen spricht gutes Englisch, ist sehr herzlich und außerordentlich bemüht, den Gästen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Dabei ist Mladen bemüht, immer im Hintergrund zu bleiben und so wenig wie möglich zu stören. Wir hatten so einen engagierten Vermieter bislang in keinem Urlaub vorgefunden. Das Haus liegt uneinsehbar am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Ruhe ist phantastisch. Die Fotos zu dem Haus sagen alles. Am Haus brütet im Sommer der Pirol (sehr seltener und leuchtend gelber Vogel). Neben vielen weiteren Vögeln konnten wir am letzten Tag auch einen Wiedehopf und ein Wildkaninchen auf dem Gras im Garten beobachten. Wir wünschen Mladen, dass er noch viele Gäste begrüßen darf und außer uns noch viele Menschen mit seinem Ferienhaus glücklich macht.
