Ideal for spending a relaxing holiday in Lochcarron or using as a base to explore North west Scotland-Skye, Plockton, Eilan Donan Castle,Brochs at Glenelg , Sheildaig,Torridon,Applecross,Gairloch & Ullapool.

We enjoyed our stay in Lochcarron despite some gloomy weather. The house feels like you are visiting your granny. Old fashioned but very comfortable. Had everything we needed and it was a great base for travelling around the area. It also has a nice wee garden with beautiful planting and a river gurgling past. Local shop was very well stocked and within walking distance, the owner was on hand to greet us on arrival and lived nearby in case of any problems. We had a very relaxing stay.

Sehr schöne, gut gepflegte Wohnung. Gut geeignet für Personen mit Geh-Einschränkung. Einrichtung der Küche vollständig. Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter mit persönlichem Kontakt. Beschreibung der Anzeige war zutreffend.

Gekommen um zu bleiben

Wir haben uns sofort in das Haus verliebt. Es war wie ein Besuch bei meiner Tante. Gemütlich eingerichtet alles da, was man braucht, sehr netter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, ein zauberhafter kleiner Garten und fußläufig zum Laden und Café im Ort mit überwältigender Aussicht. Wir waren kurz skeptisch wegen der Lage am Sportplatz, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir kommen wieder!

Fijne vakantie woning

Heel fijne tijd gehad in Lochcarron. Leuke en goed verzorgd verblijf. Volledig ingerichte keuken met ruim voldoende serviesgoed, oven, magnetron, waterkoker e.d. In de bij-keuken een wasmachine, droger en vriezer. Knusse en woonkamer. Beide slaapkamers zijn ruim met goede bedden. Kleine tuin rond om het huis en uitzicht op het loch vanuit de woonkamer. De winkel ( spar)op loop afstand te bereiken.

Very comfortable cottage.

Nice and comfortable. It is more spacious than it appears from the main photograph. The bedrooms are a good size as well, (no need to stuff cases under the bed.) It is only about an eight minute walk down to the village. There is a pleasant view from the sitting room window, and one can see part of the loch. Would happily return. And hope to do so one day.
