Brand new villa for your holidays

Brand new villa for 6 people, located in a peaceful setting but very close to the center of S. Teodoro 5 real minutes on foot, connected to the beaches by beach bus or 20 minute walk from Cinta beach.
The house has two bedrooms, one double, the other with two single beds, both bedrooms have a very large balcony terrace. There are two bathrooms, a further shower in the garden and a porch terrace with table and chairs, sitting area and barbecue, for relaxing barbecues and pleasant evenings. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed 160X200 with memory foam mattress, the kitchen is super-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, dishes and kitchen linens.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Unser Urlaub in dem Haus war ein Genuss. Alles war sehr sauber, bei der Kücheneinrichtung fehlte es an nichts und die Betten waren sehr gut. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die Balkone und die Terrasse. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße mit Blick auf die Altstadt von San Teodoro. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Zentrum sind gut zu erreichen. Diese Unterkunft hat uns sehr begeistert und wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Es war ein super Urlaub die Villa ist spitze genau wie auf den Fotos es fehlte uns an nichts. San Teodoro ist ein toller Ferienort und die Strände auf der ganzen Insel unvergleichbar schön. Wir kommen wieder.

Relax e comfort

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa casa per due settimane a luglio con nonno e bambini. La casa è grande, di recente costruzione, ben arredata e con tutte le comodità: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, un grande frigo, il climatizzatore in ogni stanza, un BBQ in terrazza. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla di San Teodoro, a due passi dal centro ma lontana dalla confusione. Torneremo sicuramente.

Traumwohnung in sehr schönem Ort

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Alessandro empfangen. Auch die Kommunikation vorab war vorbildlich. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses. Er hat uns seine Wohnung super erklärt. Dort paßt alles. Die Küche ist genial ausgestattet, es hat einen Gasgrill zur Verfügung, mit dem man auf der überdachten Terrasse sehr schöne Abende verbringen kann. Man merkt hier, dass alles mit Liebe eingerichtet ist. Selbst Kleinigkeiten, wie Nähzeug, Teelichte sind vorhanden. Im zweiten Stock sind 2 Schlafzimmer , eines mit Doppelbett, das zweite mit 2 Einzelbetten. Jedes Zimmer hat einen extra Balkon. Wir haben dort 2 sehr schöne , erholsame Wochen verbracht . Eine super tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub bei Deborah und ihrer Familie. Sie sind super nett und haben uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hell, super ausgestattet und die Lage ist toll. Mit Auto sind viele Strände gut erreichbar. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig . Es sind nur Villen und alles ist sehr familiär . Sehr tolle Gastgeber

TOP MODERNES APPARTEMENT ZUM ERHOLEN :-)

Das Appartement ist modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit viel liebe eingerichtet. Ein großer Pluspunkt war die Küche, in welcher nichts fehlte. Eine schöne Überraschung wartete auf dem Dach! In maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen EuroSpin Supermarkt, sowie einen Bäcker gegenüber vom Markt. Weitere 5-10 Minuten erreicht man den Ortskern mit all seinen Restaurants, Eisdielen ... sowie allabendlichen Verkaufständen im Zentrum. Bei Debora und Alessandro möchten wir uns auf diesem Wege noch für die tolle Gastfreundschaft bedanken! Der komplette Kontakt, sowie der Aufenthalt verlief optimal :-)

Splendida vacanza a San Teodoro! Abbiamo soggiornato nella meravigliosa villetta di Debora ed Alessandro, che ci hanno accolto fin da subito con la massima gentilezza e cordialità. Molto ospitali e sempre disponibili! La "location" ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative: realmente nuovissima, luminosissima e molto spaziosa, finemente curata, dotata di tutti i comfort e, in particolare, di una stupenda terrazza esterna. Sita in posizione tranquilla e ottimale, consente di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi ed è vicinissima alle più belle spiagge della zona. Tutte incantevoli!
