Magnificent "Belle Epoque" mansion with spectacular sea views, private heated pool and terraced gardens featuring a number of magnificent palm trees, walkable into the many restaurants, shops, lively markets and theatre of the historic town of Grasse. The main villa has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (5 en suite), on 3 floors, and a guest cottage with bedroom and en suite shower room.

La Rivolte is a beautiful 19th Century "Belle Epoque" villa overlooking the historic Côte d'Azur town of Grasse, the world capital of perfume and walkable into the town centre. Set in 2 hectares of Mediterranean gardens with magnificent palm trees, beautiful heated pool and stunning sea views over the Bay of Cannes, the villa sleeps a maximum of 16 people and is available to rent throughout the year.

There are 8 Provençal bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, 2 living rooms - the first with satellite TV, piano, X-Box, DVD/VCR and a large liste of films, and the second a library with wood burning stove. There is a large kitchen/dining room with open fireplace. In front of the villa is a vast terrace with tables and chairs for guests to enjoy the spectacular view, large gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and table tennis. There are many activities in the area including Golf, Paragliding, Hiking, Sailing and even creating your own Perfume.

La Rivolte is an ideal base from which to explore the Côte d'Azur. Nice, Cannes, St. Tropez and Monaco are all just a short drive away.

A wonderful week

We would thoroughly recommend La Rivolte. A beautiful house in beautiful grounds and only a short walk from Grasse, a beautiful town. The pool is amazing. Large and saline, so very refreshing in the heat and no horrible chlorine smells. No aircon but fans on every room. A typical large old french country house.
