About this property

A lovely traditional family villa with 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, and a large private pool (which can be heated) as well as a private tennis court. It is ideally located within a five minute drive of the pretty medieval village of Valbonne and just 20 minutes to Cannes and the beaches.
Light and very spacious, the property is ideal for a group of family or friends, as it offers plenty of space to be together and yet enjoy privacy. The bedrooms are spread over three floors so perfect for two or three generations. The villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, wifi and satellite TV as well as a well-equipped gym and home cinema with extensive film library.

The property is set within a sweeping 5000m2 garden, consisting of a barbecue area and shaded outdoor dining terrace overlooking a sheltered pool terrace with 9m pool (can be heated) with steps into the shallow end and a seat around the edge. Surrounding the pool is a large comfy seating area with deck chairs and a gazebo to give shelter. Next to the pool area is the tennis court - a full size, tarmac surface, family court. The rest of the garden extends as open grassy areas, orchard and woodland to the boundary of the property.

At the front of the house is a sheltered sun terrace with table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee or afternoon tea. To the other side is the main outdoor barbecue terrace with family gas barbecue and table and chairs for 12 people. The property is accessed via electronic gates with secure on-site parking for up to 4 cars.

une semaine en famille

Belle propriété, principalement au niveau de l'extérieur avec une piscine et coin terrasse très agréable. Beaucoup de terrain extérieur mais en pente, donc non exploitable. L'intérieur de la maison est un peu vieillissant, surtout au niveau des salles de bain qui ne sont pas à la hauteur de la villa. Cuisine très petite en rapport avec la taille de la maison. Nous avons passé globalement un bon séjour mais nous nous attendions à mieux s'agissant de l'agencement intérieur.
