The views from all the windows over St Mark's Basin are absolutely breathtaking.

The lively Via Garibaldi is nearby and offers plenty of nice typical bars, a couple of good restaurants, a supermarket, some groceries and all the shops you might need...

Emplacement idéal et magnifique vue

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement vaste et très agréable, doté d'une vue magnifique sur San Georgio Maggiore, la Salute et San Marco. Idéalement situé entre Arsenale et Giardini avec la Via Garibaldi à 2 pas. Seul (petit) bémol: le propriétaire pourrait libérer un peu plus d'espace de rangement dans les chambres pour ses hôtes. Mais nous reviendrons assurément!

A magical place to stay.

I have stayed in many different apartments in Venice, but this one is the very best. The location is perfect —- not just for the Biennale but also for the views, the beautiful parks, a nearby area with plenty of nice restaurants to and markets, and a more local feel. The apartment itself is magnificent, with fantastic views, charming decor, and all of the amenities.
