This large and welcoming apartment is on the first floor of a historic building near the Biennale, one of the most authentic areas in Venice and much loved by the Venetians.
The owners’ attention to detail is visible throughout as well as their desire to make guests feel at home, starting with its sophisticated details and finishing with all the comforts the accommodation provides.
Note the two exquisite bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other an entirely beamed ceiling. An extra feature is that one of the bedrooms can be made up as either a double bed or two twin beds.
Also to be taken into account is the second bathroom accessed via the living area with its kitchenette and living room with a sofa.

Great place and location

We loved the apartment. Very cute neighborhood with lots of great cafes and an easy walk to St. Mark's and most of what you'd want to see in Venice. Definitely recommended.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans le quartier Castello où se trouvait l’appartement , bien situé , à proximité. des embarcadères et de la via Garibaldi et de la Biennale. Les photos et la description des lieux sur le site étaient très attrayantes ce qui avait motivé notre choix. Effectivement les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables, la literie était propre et le chauffage fonctionnait bien. Les salles de bains étaient propres elles aussi et tout à fait adaptées à nos besoins. Cependant les propriétaires ou les gestionnaires de l’appartement doivent impérativement considérer le bien-être de leurs hôtes et prêter attention au caractère pratique du séjour. La cuisine était sous équipée et éql’uipement existant défaillant ce que nous avons constaté dès notre arrivée : la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas , le lave-,vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas, l’unique casserole avait un manche cassé , l’essoreuse à salade état cassée, le four était mal nettoyé. Nous avons dû acheter les produits de base que l’on trouve habituellement à l’accueil dans un gîte comme du sucre, une bouteille d’huile d’olive que nous avons laissée et du liquide vaisselle. Nous avons appelé le numéro indiqué dans le contrat pour faire part des désagréments rencontrés. La personne au téléphone a été très aimable et exprimé sa préoccupation mais n’a pas donné suite et personne n’est venu remédier à ces problèmes. La bouilloire n’a pas été remplacée et le lave-vaisselle est resté en panne. Nous avons

The entrance from the street was very discusting

When we arrive and we open the unlock door, it was full of garbage, the smell was strong and not good at all. It was very scary when came in. The shower was full of mold in both bathroom There was no welcome information for visit or restaurant. No map of the city. No instruction about the air conditioning that was not working. We also took picture of the entrance.

Amazing Location!

This was a family trip so we wanted everything within walking distance. This was a perfect location. Loved having the washing machine available and enjoyed the small garden. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful Property

The property was great. Close walking distance to all major attractions. The owner also was very helpful and making restaurant reservations and transportation to and from the train station.
