This cozy apartment is 10 minutes from the beach, it has a huge private balcony and a quiet community pool in a garden area.
The apartment consists of a 150x190cm bed and a very comfortable sofa bed. It has a flat TV, air conditioning hot / cold, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and ceramic hob.
It is 5 minutes from the Costasolcentro shopping center which includes a Carrefour. 7 minutes from the train station (El Pinillo)

Großer gemeinsamer Pool mit Liegewiese zum Sonnen..Mercadona in ca. 100 m,Aldi,Lidl und ein Einkaufscenterin ca. 10 min. Fußmarsch.Zum Strand den Berg runter braucht ca. 15. min.Schöne Kilometerlange Strandpromenademit vielen Restaurants,Bars und allerlei Geschäften.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.Danke Francisco.
