The villa is located near the highway junction of the PA-CT highway, therefore easily accessible.
The structure is completely independent, and is located about 100 meters. from the sea which can be reached from home on foot.
The house, on two elevations, is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which with en suite bathroom. Three are located on the upper floor while the fourth, double, is located on the lower floor where there is a very large living area, with fireplace, and a kitchen that overlooks two sides. The house is very welcoming and comfortable due to the large spaces available both indoors and outdoors. offers a large furnished patio overlooking the garden, equipped with barbecue facilities and private parking.
The bedrooms are with independent terrace and sea view with the exception of a fourth one which has a window always with sea view. It is equipped with everything necessary for the living room, with a kitchen complete with everything.
Ideal for a seaside and cultural holiday.

Very comfortable and well equipped

Very enjoyable apart from unpredictable weather . Maria and her family were very kind, helpful and understanding. The property was extremely well equipped and the gardens and sun terraces plentiful so that we were completely relaxed from morning until night. Adjacent trees of citrus fruits were there for our use and jasmine bushes provided perfume background to outdoor sitting.
