About this property

Apartment at the San Carlo Theater

If you want to be in the center more lively and interesting of the city of Naples, near palaces, museums and castles, in the place of the "movida" and the most exclusive shops, but also close to Naples "true", you have only to choose my apartment located in a stately building on the 3rd floor with elevator, very good condition and tastefully furnished.
Overlooking Via San Carlo and in Piazza Trieste e Trento. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with frescoes on the ceiling, and furnished with care. The terrace while being intimate and reserved overlooking the Royal Palace and in the evening a refreshing Turkish bath will end the evening.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect area of Naples

The apartment was absolutely stunning. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The area is perfect, close to restaurants and an easy walk to the metro. The host was really helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough.

End of Italian Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay in Naples. We love the city and this was a great place to come back to after enjoying some of our favorite activities in Naples. We would stat here again in a heartbeat thanks to the spacious layout, plentiful outdoor space, interior beauty of each room and outstanding location right across from the famous Gambrinus.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, the waterfront is a short walk. Many of the tourist sites are nearby. We had a couple of minor issues when we checked in, but the owner quickly resolved them. Owner's son lives nearby and is very helpful.

Private oasis in the heart of Napoli

Very spacious, easy check in process. Close to ferry building. The rooms are very spacious and the view is fantastic. The private patio is the best part. Perfect for breakfast or an evening drink. It feels so isolated in the middle of a bustling city. Very large rooms and the AC is excellent.

Great location

This place is right in the middle of the action of Naples. It is very loud at night even after shutting two sets of window doors. We did not have access to the washer, which we found out only one day before our check in. The place is beautiful, the ceilings in the bedrooms are the original frescos. Orazio is a great host and very responsive.

Perfect location in Naples

Spacious, clean apartment in building with an elevator. Overlooking Teatro San Carlo, Gambrinus, Palazzo Reale, Piazza del Plebiscito, and much more, this apatrment is part of the Galleria Umberto I. Very walkable area, but if needed, a taxi stand is right outside the door. A lovely balcony, secluded with plants is surprisingly peaceful. That being said, Naples isn't famous for being quiet at night, and sleeping with the door open for air brings a certain amount of noise with the breeze. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Superb location and fabulous apartment!

This was an amazing home away from home. Our apartment was right across from San Carlo Theater and the fountain outside of Caffe Gambrinus and next to Galleria Umberto. So, the location was unbelievable. So amazing that we got to watch the d’Alessio concert from our four balconies on the third floor. The apartment had great sleeping arrangements, a private terrace and all of the amenities were as described. Additionally, all the items you need to start your stay were provided, like toiletries, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and ample towels. I believe this has to be one of the best places to stay in Naples!

Our home had the best location in Naples. Loved experiencing and supporting a Naples football game - all the excitement and celebrations in the bars and the streets made unforgettable memories for our family. We loved enjoying delicious coffees and granitas, pasties, pizza portofolios and pizza fritte. And learning so much at the pompeii ruins and a surprise of a wonderful bookfaire at the bibliotheca. Naples you beauty, we will be back and our most favourite thing was our wonderful spacious, historical, gorgeous apartment located right in the centre of the heart of the city and maintained by wonderful and helpful Stefano. Historic apartment in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the friendly helpful and responsive agency managing the property. It has a unique charm with the high ceilings with fresco’s, the many spaces and outside terrace. On top the location is perfect for exploring some of the nicest areas of Naples. On foot. Only for the old town I would suggest taking a cab up (and take a leisurely walk back down).

Un appartamento meraviglioso, in un bellissimo palazzo del Settecento, nel cuore di Napoli. A un passo dalla Galleria Umberto e dalle vie più caratteristiche della città. Super emplacement, bel appartement!

Nous avons passez début mars à 4 adultes une semaine dans ce bel appartement . Tout d'abord l'emplacement est idéal autant pour les visites que les restos ou le shopping, tout se fait à pieds. L'appartement en soit est très bien amenagé avec une jolie terrasse et plusieurs balcons, il se trouve au 3ème étage avec ascenseur (pas gratuit). On y trouve des draps, des couvertures et des serviettes supplémentaires. L'équipement de la cuisine est basique (mais qui veut faire la cuisine à Naples?) sinon tout y est TV, wifi etc. Lorsque nous avons eu un peu froid, le proprio est arrivé bien vite pour augmenter le chauffage, @propriétaire Merci! Bref voilà l'appartement idéal pour visiter Naples et nous y retournerons certainement!
