Casa La Terrazza - El Jardin de Playa Negra

It has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower equipped with hot water. The large covered terrace is used as a living-dining room with a convenient fully equipped kitchenette. Ideal for those who want a secluded space overlooking the tropical garden.
Beautiful and comfortable home built with high quality woods in Caribbean style, designed with attention to detail and following a few but important rules .
First, privacy within a large wooded property that has a beautiful tropical garden to provide guests with pleasant spaces for recreation and rest and happy coexistence with animals.
Secondly, the comfort of the dwellings, which, in their simplicity, nevertheless do not give up on providing good bed and bath linens, proper ventilation of the rooms, complete furnishings and utensils in the rooms and kitchens, hot water at least in the shower, and adequate parking space for those with cars in tow. Because the water is taken from a well it is not drinkable but perfectly usable for personal hygiene. Of this we give written notice to our guests.
We always assure our constant support in presence or on the phone to give help in all circumstances.

Great Deal!

Paolo and Romina were amazing hosts for our 7 night stay in El Jardín de La Playa Negra. The house was perfect for the two of us that stayed there, and there were even bikes for us to rent there. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The only thing that I would knock it for slightly is the rough road to get in. After rainstorms there are a lot of potholes, which made riding bikes a little difficult, but that’s just one small thing. Great house and even better hosts!

Der perfekte Start in Costa Rica

Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können. Die Vermieter, Romina und Paolo haben alles dafür getan, dass wir uns hier wohlfühlen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, der wunderschöne Garten wird täglich von altem Laub befreit, so dass sich kein Getier im Garten breit machen kann, was für uns wegen unserem Hund sehr wichtig war. Das Haus wurde mehrmals die Woche gereinigt und mit neuen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Wir waren drei Wochen in dem Haus und haben danach unseren Aufenthalt in Costa Rica so geplant, dass wir nochmals für 4 Wochen im Jardin sein können. Nicht nur die Nähe zum Strand, der zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar wird sondern das gesamte Umfeld hier waren der Grund hierfür. Nicht zuletzt muss man Romina und Paolo einfach lieb haben, die sich so viel Mühe für ihre Gäste gebe, dass man sich hier wirklich willkommen und als Gast fühlt. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen und haben uns in Costa Rica nirgends so wohl gefühlt, wie hier.

Tolles Haus in wunderbarem Garten

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage! Traumstrand in 3 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Haus hat einen sehr schönen tropischen Garten, den man von der weitläufigen Terrasse genießen kann. Wir sahen jede Menge unterschiedliche Vögel, Affen und bunte Frösche beim Frühstückskaffee. Nette Vermieter, Molto bene.... ....
