Splendid 5-bedroom home on 3 stories with private garden. 4 bedrooms: (2 double, 2 children's room). A 5th bedroom will be closed and used as storage during your stay.
1 bathroom, 1 en-suite shower room. One closet, living room, dining room, laundry room, garage.
South-facing living room leading to decked terrace & private garden. Separate kitchen and dining area.
TV and internet WIFI device.
Alarm system.
5-minute drive to the Rouen train station to Paris St Lazare station.
Our house has a huge garden, it is in the countryside, with a nice view of the steeples of Rouen, it is quiet, has been completely renovated. It combines classic and modern, we love mixtures. 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 with single beds). A 5th bedroom will be closed during your stay and will be used to store our belongings. 1 bathroom, 1 shower room. Separate WC. Dressing. South facing living room, terrace and private garden. Separate kitchen and dining room. TV with large plasma screen. Alarm system. Library at 500m.
