The location was fantastic and worked great for our group of six. Lucrezia was a wonderful hostess and was helpful with everything throughout the trip we would highly recommend this property!
Appreciated that each bedroom was an en-suite. Bedrooms were decent sizes. Tiny kitchen with no stove. No washer and living area/common space was narrow and small. Great location.
Great place to stay if you have a large group! You will have your own bedroom and private bathroom! Excellent choice for our family! Beds were a little hard but still great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The kitchen is small, more for storing items and making coffee or tea than cooking but if you plan to eat out, it is fine. Each bedroom has it's own card key, great if you want privacy but a little tricky with small kids. Keeping these things in mind, the building is secure and the location is excellent. We had a lovely stay.
We really enjoyed our stay in the 5 bedroom 5 bath flat in the center of Rome. Amazing proximity to Trevi Fountain and close to most other Roman archaeological sites. It was a short ride to Vatican City.
Great location and wonderful Host! Grazie Mille Lucrezia! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a clean, secure, private and charming 5 bedroom flat for up to 10 people (5 queen sz beds able to split into two singles for room sharing if needed). Centralized for sight seeing, shopping, dining, napping, etc. A true Gem!
We could walk everywhere,. except to Vatican City, where a.cab rose cost less than 13 euros. Groceries and restaurants nearby.
Loved the layout of the the rooms. Wish the kitchenette had been larger.

Thank you, Judy.
It was a pleasure to host you in my place, you are a gem of a guest!
Thank you, for your feedback. A great opportunity for me to explain to future guests what to expect from the lodging. In fact," A Plus" has a layout similar to a small hotel, each bedroom has its ensuite bathroom and it's perfect for the families like yours who enjoy dining out in one of the plenty of restaurants in the centre of Rome. But having a lot of extra space, I will consider the possibility to add a full kitchen for the ones who love to feel the comfort of a home or simply to prepare a full breakfast. ;)
This micro-hotel style flat was an excellent setup for my family of five, and our Italian exchange student’s family that joined us in Rome for a visit. Five hotel room style rooms with plenty of space and each with their own bathroom. A fair sized common space adjoined the rooms that was perfect for catching up at the end of the night before retiring to each private room. More private than communally staying in a house— it’s a great arrangement for friends who want a little separation by night. The neighborhood is excellent, walking distance to Trevi and Spanish Steps is a breeze. Plus, it’s got about three or four layers of safety in the building, including our friend Bruno who checks in from time to time as sortof a “front desk” contact. Lucrezia was hands on and perfectly helpful. I like variety and hardly have stayed in the same place twice, but I’ll look this up the next time I’m in Rome because of all the boxes it ticks— first and foremost, the safety, location, and privacy. It’s a unique, well thought out property, with a lot of character to boot. Thanks for setting us up proper in Roma!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Not what expected
First, let me say, this is not an apartment being rented, it is a micro hotel. It is 5 bedrooms and a weird little lobby space. The bedrooms are much smaller then they appear in the photos. The bathrooms are in very poor condition. The beds are hard as pool tables, the pillows are as flat as pancakes. The kitchen is barely that. All the furniture is junk that was laying around. The add said there was parking, but they refused to let me park my van in the parking area despite having plenty of space, so I then had to pay $50 a day for parking. But worst of all was the strange old man who would come into your space unannounced and just fiddle around like he was trying to keep himself busy. This rental was the only thing that disappointed me in my 3 week trip to Europe.
