This modern and bright flat has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, as it can accommodate up to 6 people.

It is located in the central neighbourhood of Argüelles, a sober residential neighbourhood that is frequented by students, as it is very close to Ciudad Universitaria. In addition to the countless simple tapas bars, bookshops and bakeries, the large department stores on Calle Princesa are also worth a visit. For art and culture lovers, it is very close to the Museo de América and the Museo del Traje. It is very well connected to other important areas of the city thanks to Madrid's transport network, it is just a few metres from the Argüelles metro station and numerous bus stops.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The bright and spacious living room has a double sofa bed. It has 1 bathroom with shower and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to complement those days in the city. We enjoyed our stay in Madrid

The apartment is located nearby to the parc of Argüelles, in a not too touristical, but lively area of Madrid. Especially the communication with the owners of the apartment was very good from the beginning. They were very helpfull and answered immediately to each question we had. So we felt comfortable and had a happy first visit to Madrid.

Lovely stay in Madrid

Quite central but not too noisy. Bakery across the road and a few local restaurants. Park at the bottom of the street for children. Flat is nicely decorated in a nice old building. Really easy arrival and departure

Good for 2 people but not a family. Wish it would’ve had reviews to know more about property.

Honestly the place would be ok for two people. We had a family of six so it was very cramped. If you plan on staying here do NOT rent a car. We paid sooo much in parking. You have to be a resident to be able to park overnight on the street. Has a washer but no dryer so be ready for that. Staff was friendly but we had problems with the credit card machine. Also one day there was some leaking in the bathroom but again I think that is because too many people in the apartment. I would probably not stay here again. It was economical that was he good thing but too small for a family.
