Convenient to everything

Modern, clean apartment in Madrid

We had a wonderful stay here. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the metro was also close by. There was a great pastry shop and also an ice cream place across the street! We managed to find parking at a closeby lot. Small apartment in the city, but everything was clean and organized. Nice safe building.

Appartement bien situé et tranquille. Un bel immeuble. Les lits sont confortables et l’équipement de la cuisine est très bien. La salle de bain aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement ( traces d’humidité) mais c’était bien quand même. La communication a très bien été avec l’hôte.

Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario (cualquier cosa que hiciera falta - servilletas, jabón de mano para cocina, detergente - lo compramos en el súper, muy cerca). Perfecta ubicación, caminamos a todo y para lo más lejos, teníamos la estación de metro a pocos pasos. Muy fácil acceso a la propiedad y excelente comunicación con el anfitrión.

Great apartment, minutes away from Puerta del Sol, restaurants and shopping. There was an issue with the door lock on a Sunday and the staff went out of their way to get it fixed.

Die Wohnung war sauber und optimal zentral gelegen.

Die Wohnung liegt im Centrum in einem neu renovierten Gebäude, so dass wir alles gut zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Da auch die Metro direkt vor der Haustür ist, dann man natürlich auch damit überall hin. Super Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. Lebensmittelmarkt in der Nähe. Leider gibt es Probleme mit dem Schloß an der Hauseingangstüre, die nicht immer so leicht zu öffnen war. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Küche gut ausgestattet. Auch für 5-6 Personen nicht zu klein. Wir konnten am Abreisetag leider nicht länger im Appartement bleiben, dafür aber unsere Koffer im Büro deponieren.

Very comfortable, quiet well located apartment close to Plaza Mayor

This is a comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment fronted a laneway and not directly onto Calle Atocha. That meant it was pretty quiet. The very effective double glazing also meant that the apartment was quiet. The bedrooms faced a courtyard so no noise at all:). The metro was a few minutes walk away, supermarkets and restaurants close by and not far from Plaza Mayor and Peurta del Sol and other tourist attractions.

Superbe appartement nouvellement rénové et idéalement placé au coeur de Madrid, nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire. Chaque jour était l'occasion de découvrir un nouveau quartier. Rastro, Lavapies, El retiro, El Prado, Reina Sofia, Chueca, Palacio Réal. ... Tout est entre 1 et 3 km de l'appartement à pieds. Magnifique déco de qualité et haut de gamme. Parking public à 3mn. Parfaite synchronisation avec l'agence Madflats. A refaire d'urgence ! P.
