This elegant and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in the La Latina neighborhood, and has all the amenities for you to live or vacation. The area of La Latina is located in the heart of Madrid, adjacent to other areas of great tourist interest such as Austrias, Sol-Gran Vía and Lavapiés. Its streets, of medieval origin, have mostly irregular, narrow and winding paths that lead to beautiful squares. Très bien placé, à rafraichir

Logement très peu lumineux, mais c'est pas ce que nous recherchions donc pour nous ce n'a pas été un problème. Au centre de Madrid on fait tout a pied et très accessible par 2 stations de métro. Seul chose à redire il mériterait un bon rafraichissement peinture et enduit à certains endroit + quelques petits accessoire tel que support papier toilette, support savon douche et support pour serviette de toilette.

Excellent location but not good if you have several pieces of luggage

The apartment was exactly as pictured and was clean. The rooms are very small, but still functional. We found it challenging to have to walk through the indoor/outdoor corridor and up many flights of stairs with several pieces of luggage. When we first arrived it was dark and at first we had trouble locating the apartment even using the provided instructions. The location was in close walking distance to everything we needed and we enjoyed our walk through El Rastro on Sunday. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Thank you
