BEAUTIFUL MILL (1824) NEXT TO THE MIERA RIVER, NEAR THE BEACH AND CABARCENO

The mill is a beautiful house of 226 m2 located in Liérganes one of the most characteristic villages of Cantabria, recently chosen as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, considered of historical artistic interest, and famous for its chocolate with churros.
This old two-century flour mill (dating from 1824) was rehabilitated in 2006,
The decoration is full of rustic details, which gives it great charm.
Ideal for families with children or groups of friends, the mill is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by a large garden (1000 m2. Divided into three levels) bathed by the river Miera (trout) and beautiful views of the Tires of Liérganes. The farm borders the river itself so it is possible to bathe in it.
With capacity to accommodate 7 people, the mill has an extraordinary location and is also close to the coast (beaches of Somo, Galizano, Langre ....) as well as those of Laredo, Noja or Sardinero in Santander.
The lower floor is open to the outside with three stone arches, on the banks of the river.
The ground floor, with a large living room with fireplace, large kitchen / dining room with stove and a toilet.
On the upper floor (attic), three magnificent bedrooms with a double bed (one of them has an additional single bed), and a great bathroom (with shower).
It has all kinds of appliances (including dishwasher), abundant kitchenware, TV, DVD, and bed linen and toilet,
