The house is situated within 5 minutes walk from Wye station which has direct train services to London and Canterbury and connections to the high speed and Eurostar services from Ashford. The house has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, study, lounge and well equipped kitchen diner. There is a parking space, a garden and a shed for bike storage.

The house has a conventional layout with a spacious lounge with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen dining area downstairs and three bedrooms and a study upstairs.

In the lounge there is a flat screen smart TV, plus some toys, books and games for entertainment,
The kitchen dining room has a well equipped kitchen to one end and a dining area with seating for six at the other end - this room opens up into the garden through french doors. Additionally there is a downstairs cloakroom and utility room.
Upstairs the main bedroom has a king sized bed and adjacent en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom has a double-bed - this room has sufficient floor space for a travel cot or futon bed (available upon request).
The final bedroom has a single cabin style bed, there is a guard rail on this bed however it is not suitable for very small children due to the height. There is a small separate study area which is useful for anyone who needs to work or study. A family bathroom is also situated on the first floor.

Outside there is an off road parking area to the side of the property, there is a small side garden with a seating area plus a shed which can be used for bike storage. There is a back garden with a lawn and patio area with seating - a charcoal BBQ is available for use.
