We're extending the invitation to reserve one of our best properties for beachfront value, 2108 Palm Blvd! This charming home boasts an impressive 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and with the ability to sleep up to 16 guests, is ideal for those beach family reunions. With over 5,385 square feet of interior space, and 1,735 square feet of exterior space, this home is literally made for a large beach getaway!

First thing you'll notice about the home is its welcoming and authentic beach cottage feel. The home is older but has been well-cared for, giving it the perfect lived-in vibe but with a clean and well decorated aesthetic—and you can't beat being only a short walk from the beach with ocean views!

Pull up to the home and check out the lower garage area, which has been converted into a game room with a bumper pool table and foosball. The adjacent indoor “great room” on the first floor offers a ping pong table and a flat screen TV—a terrific space for relaxing with the family, or for the kids to enjoy while you whip up a few cocktails upstairs, where you'll find the main living and dining area.

Upstairs offers an open concept space, with the living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen offers a galley style and high-quality appliances. You'll find the kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own vacation meals, whether it's a huge family dinner or just a few appetizers. The kitchen offers counter seating for three, or there is a dining set that can seat six.
The living area is furnished with cushy sofas, and a flat screen TV cable and a DVD player. Celebrate your family vacation with a big movie night, or just relax and enjoy one another's company. From here doors lead out to the large screened-in porch, with an elevated view of the ocean, a large dining set, and ample seating for all.

The home boasts six bedrooms, some rooms are furnished with multiple beds for additional sleeping space. Outside you'll find a stretching open yard, an outdoor shower, a BBQ grill, additional rocking chairs, and a picnic table. With a washer and dryer and direct beach access, this lovely home truly has it all for those family beachy getaways!

*Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 6 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are considered with a $300 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.

FIRST FLOOR BEDDING: 2 Queens in one room, 1 King in the other bedroom.
SECOND FLOOR BEDDING: 4 Queen Beds, 1 King Bed & 1 Twin Bed with 1 Twin Trundle Bed

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, & BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED. You only need to bring (or rent) beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a “starter set” of toiletries, such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag per can. (Of the two kitchen trash cans, one requires bags larger than the usual 13 gallon kitchen bags). Please keep in mind that you will need to purchase more of these items for your stay.

Enjoy a $250 credit for beach gear, including bicycles, beach chairs, beach cars/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days ahead to place your order, and they deliver the equipment before your arrival. Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
