Beautiful Studio with air conditioning in El Poblet CA
Nice studio located in a residential complex on the second line of the beach, just 200 metres away.
The complex has a large garden area with a large swimming pool and an area for the little ones.
The house is on the first floor without a lift. Once inside the apartment, we find a cosy living-dining room with air conditioning which has enough power to cool the apartment. The living room has access to a covered terrace with views of the garden and pool area.
The American kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking such as oven, electric cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher... The kitchen has access to the washing machine area.
The apartment has a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bathroom with a bathtub next to it.
The nearest supermarket is 50 m from the apartment. The city centre of Denia is just 2.5 km away.
The apartment has WiFi internet. There is no private parking but there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the complex.
Pets are not accepted.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Su ubicación y piscina,jardín. Todo muy bien cuidado.
El apartamento necesita algunas reformas .

Wonderful Stay! Amazing customer care!
The help and service we received from Kevin and his mother was amazing. We were stranded as we had been let down by a company we originally booked and they instantly came to our rescue. Could not thank them enough. Very flexible, reliable, helpful company. Will continue to use them in the future.
The apartment was spotless and homely, very reasonably priced too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended our holiday as we loved it so much.
Absolutely nothing, we received 5 star service. Cannot fault.

Cozy little flat
We liked the garden, pool and location, with good restaurants just around the corner. The beach is just a few steps away.
