Appartement très agréable et spacieux pour 4 avec belle terrasse, piscine au top (ferme entre 15h30 et 17h) et jardin très bien entretenu, wifi fonctionnel. LA résidence est bien sécurisée, parking en sous sol idéal pour grande voiture. Commerces a proximité. Point neg : les salles de bains ont besoin d'être rafraichies, clim a entretenir (mauvaise odeur), ménage à améliorer
