Hello. Thanks for your feedback. I would like to focus that apartment is totally clean de every check in with cure of details. The hot water is totally available bit there is a switch that ero hot the guest has push switching off the boiler. I told it to my guest but she never reply me. This is to say that I regularly message with my guest but she never reply me. It’s my habit to communicate always with my guest or by phone or by vrbo app. In this case my guest didn’t appreciate it. In every case thanks for your focus which improve our experience as guest. Best

Grazie Jack per la tua recensione che ci aiuterà sicuramente nella gestione dei nostri prossimi ospiti. Relativamente alla lavatrice abbiamo suggerito di non usarla semplicemente perché l’appartamento è molto piccolo e non esiste un’area esterna dove sia consentito asciugare i vestiti lavati. È’ molto complicato stendere nell’appartamento i panni bagnati dopo averli asciugati, ma abbiamo solamente avvertito John del problema senza vietargli l’uso della lavatrice. Altra segnalazione riguarda la doccia. Se John ci avesse informato di questo piccolo disagio avremmo provveduto alla sostituzione della parte della doccia difettosa, come siamo sollecitamente intervenuti su altri piccoli problemi, risolvendoli. D’altra parte solamente l’ospite, con l’uso quotidiano può accorgersi di un problema come quello riferito per la doccia. Relativamente al divano letto voglio sottolineare che è un divano quasi nuovo. Ha circa 1 anno ed il materasso che contiene e’ un materasso professionale fatto produrre apposta per quel divano e non quello originale, venduto insieme al divano, di bassa qualità . Ted was a wonderfull guest ... he was very respectful of the apartment and it’s rules. I found the place just like the first day of its stay without any kind of troubles and he left the apartment in a perfect way.... I hope to have him again in my apartment.

"Dear guest, as stated on the apartment's website, the house is for two people because it has a double bed. It is only possible to accommodate a third guest by adding a single bed. When the request for the third bed was made (only upon the guests' arrival, making it more difficult to organize since they were already in the apartment), I considered that the extra bed would reduce the size of the room. Consequently, we concluded that it would not be necessary. However, I remind all future guests that it is possible to request it at the time of booking. Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that your stay in our apartment did not meet your expectation however, there are a few things I would like to clarify. The apartment and its size are clearly shown on the website with both photos and detailed dimensions. The property is cleaned every morning before guests arrive and is personally inspected the prior to check-in. I’m sorry to contradict you, but no one has ever complained about our availability. We provide our private contact details with the option to message us on WhatsApp or call us at any time. We are always available to address any issues or questions from our guest.
