The attic is located on the 1st floor of a villa in a residential area of Trecastagni, but at the same time close to the center. It has a large terrace of about 70 square meters and a small piece of garden on the ground floor. It is equipped with air conditioners in both rooms. The apartment has a double bed, a double sofa bed and 2 single beds and a beautiful built-in kitchen. Beautiful view of Etna. Excellent starting point for excursions on Etna both from the North and South sides. 15 km from Catania and 10 km from Acireale and the sea.
