The apartment has a spacious living room with an open concept kitchen area; the living room faces the dazzling terrace. The kitchen comes with high-end appliances and it's perfect to prepare a delicious meal. In addition to its brilliant interior, the area surrounding the apartment consists on an upscale area just by Ondarreta Beach where you can enjoy access to many buses that connect every guest to the heart of the city and the Old Quarter. The four bedrooms in the apartment feature double beds, along with large wardrobes. There are three bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. Each bathroom feature wonderful showers. You can also enjoy lots of space in its terrace.

Everything was perfect.

We come back to San Sebastian regularly and we look forward to staying in one of your properties again. -I suggest you add more towels, especially beach towels. -I also suggest you have more body wash, shampoo, dish soap, and paper towels. We run out of those.

Lovely Peaceful Sanctuary

This was the perfect place to concentrate and recharge during the film festival dates, far enough removed from the noise of the festival and just a couple blocks away from the lovely Ondarreta beach. It was easy to take the bus or go for a zen walk along the paseo maritimo to the festival activities, bars and culinary scene of San Sebastián. The listing posts 4 bedrooms, but I would say only the 2 on the top floor are rentable. It is clear that there is a mold issue on the basement level it smells like black mold, and my friend who is allergic to mold had severe reactions when going down to the basement area. I would advise against renting out the basement level. The washer and dryer was definitely practical so you should keep those accessible. Thank you!

Good property well positioned but some basic things need updating.

Bedding and towels very tired and need replacing. Sheets in one bedroom ill fitting and mattress covered only by plastic sheet giving uncomfortable nights sleep. Management did quickly replace coffee machine and some of the missing light bulbs very promptly but surprised these items hadn't been spotted. See above re bedding and towels. Kitchen not very well equipped for cooking.

Minimalist basement and ground floor flat

I felt I needed more pans for cooking , hadn’t realised 2 basement bedrooms , needed another sofa plenty of space for it , 1 of us had to sit on hard chair , more tea towels needed . Very clean not easy to find , car park superb , staff in office very helpful but an additional nights cost for the beginning of the week was ridiculously expensive no ley way so we were disappointed and moved to elsewhere.

El servicio de asesoramiento perfecto. Garaje y piso excepcionales completos con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones con las comodidades de casa. Hemos hecho uso de la terraza todos los días. Limpieza muy buena. Ubicación excepcional en segunda línea de playa Ondarreta (porque en primera no es posible por propiedad privada). A pesar de no lucir el sol todos los días una temperatura cálida y agradable. Fuimos para una semana y amplíe a dos. Sin duda volveremos. Por poner un inconveniente el precio pero si completas las habitaciones y repartes gastos perfecto ) Como agencia un diez ! Muy amables y con facilidades para todo. Tal vez el pasar a recoger las llaves es lo que podría ser mejorable.
