Appartement agréable, confortable, très calme, très bien équipé, très bien situé (à 20 minutes à pied de la gare et pas plus d'un quart d'heure de tout le centre ville). Très agréable d'être accueilli par des êtres humains au lieu de d'énerver sur une boîte à clef, d'autant plus que l'accueil est tout à fait sympathique. Horaires d'arrivée et de départ décents, ce qui est de moins en moins fréquent. La salle de bain est grande et bien équipé mais mériterait un bon décapage pour enlever tout le calcaire accumulé. Le canapé, que nous n'avons pas utilisé en lit) n'est malheureusement pas très confortable. A part ces deux points vraiment rien de négatif à signaler; nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Hébergement conforme à l'annonce. Confortable, chaleureux. Rien ne manque. La terrasse est très agréable. Le seul bémol est la taille des lits simples (80cm, bien précisé sur le descriptif).c'est juste pour des enfants (qui peuvent bouger la nuit). Le stationnement est compliqué. Des places non payantes sont à 10 min à pieds. Mais cette contrainte est largement compensée par l'emplacement ! Un vrai atout. Très agréable sejour

Très bel appartement et idéalement situé (pas loin du vieux port). La terrasse est très appréciable et la salle de bain est d'un confort absolu : elle est spacieuse, très bien aménagée et bénéficie d'une machine à laver, ce qui est fort pratique. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et est ouverte sur le salon. Le vitrage dans la chambre à coucher est heureusement excellent, car elle donne pourtant sur une rue passante. Une fois la fenêtre fermée, on n'entend plus rien ! Seule l'assise du canapé est d'un confort assez moyen. On a tendance à glisser vers le bas. A part ça, tout est juste extra ! Je recommande !

Un super appartement à tous les niveaux!

J'ai loué cet appartement pour 3 semaines avec mon fils. L'emplacement est absolument idéal, situé entre le vieux port, très vivant le soir même en Novembre, et tous commerces, notamment à 5 minutes à pieds du marché des halles - un paradis autant visuel que culinaire - tous les jours, absolument fantastique, et en plus le marché dehors le mercredi et samedi. Plein de boutiques aux alentours sous les jolies arcades de la ville. L'appartement lui est très bien agencé, très propre, clair, très bien équipé et bien décoré, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Tout petit problème est rapidement réglé avec une agence de conciergerie. Nous avons eu un gros pépin malchanceux qui a eu indirectement à voir avec l'appartement, le propriétaire s'est montré très compréhensif. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Joli appartement dans un ancien bâtiment / Schöne Wohung in einem alten Gebäude

L'appartement correspond très bien à la description. C'est bien équipé et tout functionnait bien. On est très vite au plein centre ville, on trouve tout ce qu'il faut dans l'environnement. A une distance de 500 m on a toujours trouvé un parking gratuit sans trop chercher. Il y avait un problème avec une petite fuite d'eau dont l'agence s'est tout de suite occupé et qui a été réparée tout suite suite par un plombier. Cela peut arriver, car l'appartementse trouve dans une très vieux bâtiment du 18e siècle.

Charmant appartement idéalement situé

Ce charmant appartement est idéalement situé à proximité immédiate du centre ville et des commerces de proxomité. Très confortable, parfaitement équipé, cosy et joliment décoré, il permet de passer un super séjour à La Rochelle. Les modalités d'accueil et de départ avec Ze.Rochelle sont simples. Lydia et Xavier ont été très disponibles pour répondre à nos petites interrogations. Nous espérons pouvoir le réserver à nouveau prochainement.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement au charme ancien avec la terrasse qui est un plus, même si la vue n’est pas dégagée. Très cosi et refait au goût du jour. Super douche, très bonne literie, et Lydia est très agréable et efficace. Emplacement centré dans le ville et proche du marché.

Très bon séjour en famille dans cet appartement cosy idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec mon mari et nos 2enfants (2ans et demi et 4mois) Nous avons eu la chance de n’avoir personne dans l’immeuble donc très silencieux. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et l’emplacement est idéal (5min du port et du marché) même les lits sont confortables! L’accueil avec Lydia et les communications avant et pendant ont été très agréables. Le café sur la terrasse avec le soleil à partir de 14h a été très apprécié ! Seul bémol le prix de la paire de draps pour le grand lit, 2serviettes et 2torchons. Sinon à refaire !
