Whether you want to enjoy the spectacular sea views from your own private bedroom balcony or sip a cocktail by the pool, this villa will provide you with the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. This contemporary styled property is a semi detached two storey villa with its own private heated pool situated at the rear of the property and the large outside area has a private walled garden and a large sun terrace which catches the sun from dawn to dusk. The patio is tastefully furnished with sunbeds and a lovely shaded dining area with a beautiful brick built Spanish barbecue provides relaxing alfresco dining (patio area and pool refurbished June 2020). Shutters are fitted to the ground floor rooms providing shade on those hotter days. The house is very well equipped with all the comforts of your home including free fibre optic broadband, Smart 32" Samsung televison, Internet TV, UK channels. Philips DVD player, board games and reading material for all ages. The lounge houses a two and three seater settees complete with contemporary home furnishings and a dining table set for four guests providing the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, all utensils and crockery, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine provide all the comforts of home. Downstairs shower room with toilet and sink are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a large master bedroom with a king size bed, two bedside tables, chair and fitted wardrobes with patio doors leading onto a small balcony with a table and two chairs for you to relax and watch the sun go down. The twin bedroom is also large in size with a single bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has just been refurbished to a very high standard and houses a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit with overhead mirror.

Please Note - We do not provide pool or beach towels only towels for use inside the villa.
We provide a bottle of water that we leave on top of the fridge for guests who arrive late in the evening and are not able to access the supermarket. If you need to use the emergency water can you please replace so it is available for our next guests (if required)
The villa is located next to a small cafe that serves food and drinks and walking distance to a supermarket and also Waitrose/Iceland overseas supermarket so if you forget something it is just a few minutes stroll to stock up. It is close to several family friendly beaches including the Papagayo and Dorado, the house offers spectacular views of the sea and neighbouring islands, Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura.

Fantastic Beaches for a Relaxing Holiday in Playa Blanca
With the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean literally feet from your door, you'll enjoy luxury and a gorgeous climate all year round.
Located on the south of the island, Playa Blanca is ideal for family beach holidays and offers a relaxed, upmarket setting for couples of all ages. The resort has also been designed with relaxation in mind! The 9 km of sandy beaches is an obvious attraction, broken into several Blue Flag bays and coves, linked by a seafront promenade. The sea is sheltered and safe for swimming and snorkelling with water sports including diving and pedaloes for hire.
Coastal walks lead to more secluded bays such as Papagayo Beach or you can take a 'sea taxi ' to this renowned beauty spot. It is also possible to uncover the rich, sleepy fishing heritage that Playa Blanca was built around, especially in the port. For a complete change of scenery why not try a day trip to the Canary Island of Fuerteventura which is just a 30 minute boat ride away.

A short walk to El Pueblo passed the hotel Iberostar and international supermarket will take you to individual shops, restaurants and bars and also a cycle hire shop if you fancy hiring a bicycle for the day or week !!!
Some lovely little restaurants within walking distance El Baco is great for tapas and Alfie's Bar and Kitchen is ideal if you are a sports lover as it has several tv screens and the food is highly recommended.

Restaurants in Playa Blanca:
Playa Blanca is a laid back, relaxed resort with a plethora of seafront restaurants so if you would like a long leisurely lunch of local seafood, Canarian dishes or more international favourites then they are readily available for you to enjoy. Cafes are very popular around here as they provide a casual location to natter over a coffee and enjoy a slice of cake. If you prefer a healthier options then fruit juices can be found in abundance.

Fabulous night-life to enjoy whilst on holiday in Playa Blanca

Why not try the smart Rubicon Marina development which also has some cool bars and fine restaurants with panoramic views over the harbour and out to sea.
Nightlife is based around the restaurants and bars with no pounding late night clubs. If you are looking for late night clubs then Puerto Del Carmen is very popular on Lanzarote.

Location: Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on the Island of Lanzarote, it is approximately 37 kilometres from the Island’s capital Arrecife and some 33 kilometres from the Airport.

The house is just a ten minutes stroll along the promenade to the newly developed Marina Puerto Rubicon and a further fifteen minute walk into the main Playa Blanca resort. Amenities include a children's playground, bowling alley, crazy golf, tennis, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Playa Blanca also offers a wide range of water sports which can be booked at the Marina - Ideal for diving holidays.
Until quite recently, Playa Blanca was a small fishing village which has now become a bustling port where you catch the ferry to Fuerteventura.
