This is a very good apartment in a good location.

The apartment is located in a quiet village but only 1km or so from a nearby beach. The apartment is well equipped with a good sized bed, a sofa bed, open pla kitchen with microwave, TV, refrigerator and gas hob oven. There is a balcony with pleasant view to the northeast overlooking the coastline.

An adventurous and beautiful stay

First of all I must say that Simonetta is very helpful and kind,she gave me alot of useful information. The apartement is near to the beach and three reasturants and a deli. There is also a bar,but it was closed during our stay. I highly recommend having a car during your stay, to enjoy the sites around and go to the supermarket. Also there is no WiFi in the apartement, however the bar at the beach has WiFi. I say adventurous in my title because there are buses, but they are not always on time and sometimes not at all. All in all a nice stay.

Great stay in the appartement in Vaccileddi

Everything was great. The appartement is Just as advertised. The village doesn't have s lot of amenities, but if you rent a scooter or car everything you could want is within a 10 minute drive. There is also a great restaurant in the village called la Veranda, I highly recommend it. Thanks for the great stay!

Appartamento in uno splendido contesto e in ottima posizione..vicinissima la spiaggia di Porto Taverna e a pochi km la bellissima San Teodoro con i suoi mercatini..consigliatissima!

Bellissima vacanza

E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo presso la struttura della sig.ra Simonetta; la casa si trova in una zona tranquilla vicino al mare; è dotata di ogni comfort (lavatrice compresa). Molto bello il terrazzino con vista mare per cenare all'aperto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Il giusto modo di aprire la stagione estiva

Siamo stati nella casa di Simonetta a fine maggio 2016, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, il mare è facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata a piedi, oppure a pochi chilometri di distanza ci sono altrettante meravigliose spiagge.La casa è dotata di ogni confort, adatta sia ad una famiglia con bambini che a due coppie di adulti. C'è anche un balcone dove è possibile mangiare. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio sotto casa. E'stata sicuramente una bella vacanza di mare sole e relax ci torneremo presto.

Appartamento molto bello ma trascurato

L'alloggio è molto bello, spazioso e del tutto corrispondente alla descrizione fornitaci, in posizione ideale per raggiungere comodamente le spiagge più belle della zona. Come detto, l'appartamento è molto bello ma, a una prima ispezione ci è parso da subito piuttosto trascurato. Un vero peccato, perchè con pochissimi interventi sarebbe un vero gioiellino. Alcuni esempi: - Cattivo odore in camera da letto durato per tutta la prima settimana, che probabilmente non era stata arieggiata o pulita/spolverata da giorni - Coprimaterasso matrimoniale macchiato, - Materasso matrimoniale sfondato in più parti, - Una sola pentola adatta per cucinare la pasta: sporca, con bordi arrugginiti e resti di pasta (!) all'interno. - Mancanza di comodini per poter appoggiare le abat-jours (entrambe con le lampadine bruciate).

Come da Foto....assolutamente ^_^

Assolutamente tranquilla, vicinissima alla spiaggia di Porto Taverna ( 1-2 km ) ---- San Teodoro a 8-9 km e spiegge limitrofe tutte raggiungibili fra i 5 ed i 10 minuti ---- e con piacevolissima vista Isola Tavolara dal terrazzino da dove si può cenare e fare piacevolmente colazione ^_^ ... La sig.ra Simonetta è davvero gentile e precisa nei contatti e nell'eventuale risoluzione dei problemi.. la cucina è discretamente fornita in modo più che sufficente per 3-4 persone ( noi eravamo in 3 : io mia moglie ed il ns Raffaello di 4 anni e 1/2 che aveva tutto per se il letto -divano/letto che ha grandezza matrimoniale ).. capiente armadio.. doccia di buone dimensioni..... Insomma nulla da recriminare di particolare o di cui lamentarci...Rapporto qualità/prezzo OTTIMO .... BENE BENE ^_^

Una vacanza rigenerante !!!

Cosa dire di più ....Il Sign. Andrea M. ha detto praticamente tutto. Alloggio bene distribuito,ordinato e posizionato strategicamente in una zona comoda e tranquilla che vi permetterà di raggiungere spiagge e posti da vedere in pochi minuti.. Ogni giovedì vi fanno il mercatino nella piazzetta vicina e al di là della statale 125 un bar/tabacchi e ristorazione che posso far comodo nei casi di emergenza... Ovviamente ogni parere è soggettivo ma anche il nostro gatto che certi spostamenti non li gradisce, s'è ambientato subito e quasi gli dispiaceva andarsene...Insomma benissimo !!!! e già si pensa di ritornare. Ps. Per chi non vi è ancora stato sardi e Sardegna sono da incontrare e assaporare ,terra che offre modi e peculiarità uniche un pezzo di Italia ancora incontaminato e l'alloggio delle sign.a Simonetta si trova a pochi minuti da aeroporto e porto di Olbia....Comodissimo !!!!

Bellissima e indimenticabile Vacanza!

Bellissima e indimenticabile Vacanza in un contesto meraviglioso. L'appartamento è situato in una zona molto tranquilla e in un grazioso complesso di apparatamenti. Appartamento pulito e molto carino ideale per coppie una famiglia di 4 persone. C'è anche un bello e ampio balcone per cenare all'aperto. La spiaggia di porto Taverna, la più vicina è a dieci minuti a piedi ..., il mare ovviamente è bellissimo . Consiglio poi le numerose altre spiagge vicine , raggiungibili in pochi minuti....Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La immensa Cinta di San Teodoro, Capo Coda CAvallo , Isuledda solo per citarne alcune....insomma tra le più belle spiagge della Sardegna a pochi minuti. La sera la localita più Vicina che merita di essere vista è San Teodoro... ma in poco più di mezz'ora siamo andati a Porto Rotondo e in 45 minuti a Porto Cervo.... Siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente.!

Ottimo bilocale in piccolo residence

L'appartamento in ottima posizione, a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia; pulito, ottimo per una famiglia di 4 persone, con terrazzino utile per cenare all'aperto con ottima vista su Tavolara! A pochi passi si trova un' ottima pizzeria-ristorante.
