About this property

Spacious typical family chalet, 5 bedrooms (12 pers.)+ direct access to the slopes

This family cottage has been completely renovated in an ecological way. Mountain spirit and rustic, it has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant holiday in the mountains. Spacious, it can easily accommodate up to 10 people and a baby.

We felt strongly that our cottage is a friendly, comfortable and welcoming place while making this place an eco-cottage in the concern of a reduced ecological footprint:
* solar panels for hot water and frost protection
* wood burning stove, double burning, for heating; wood provided
* additional convectors in the bathrooms
* water savers
* ecological maintenance products made available and included in the rental

Southern exposure, terrace and balcony without vis-à-vis

Located at the foot of the slopes (accessible directly by ski from the chalet) and in a quiet environment without neighborhood, the shops of the resort are nevertheless within walking distance.

100m2 - 4 bedrooms - 2 shower rooms - 2 toilets (one independent) - fully equipped kitchen - laundry room - storage space - ski locker

Chalet directly accessible by car in summer and 150 m from the parking lot in winter (the trace is made to facilitate your arrival).
For heating, are included in the price of renting 400kwh. Additional consumption will be the responsibility of holidaymakers. A flat rate of 100 € (included in the deposit) will be requested at the time of booking which will be fully refunded if there is no overconsumption (on meter reading).
Linen not provided - Cleaning not included in the rental price.
Garbage cans are to be deposited by the holiday makers in the local bins provided for this purpose near the car park. In case of no evacuation of garbage and waste, 50 € will be deducted from the deposit.

STAY TAX: the tourist tax is now collected by the booking platform. We invite you to precisely inform the number and age of holidaymakers. This may affect the amount of tax collected.

Chalet atypique et chaleureux

Super chalet un peu à l'écart des routes, ce qui donne un sentiment d'isolement ( en positif). Il est très bien équipé, assez grand pour 10 et chaleureux. Le chauffage au bois se fait très bien. effectivement , le sol craque mais ça ajoute au charme de l'ancien.

Un séjour magnifique, des souvenirs inoubliables dans ce petit coin de paradis des montagnes ! Le chalet est très rustique mais bien équipé et spacieux. Le luxe est dans la rareté de l’emplacement et la beauté des lieux! Ajoutons à cela un accueil chaleureux et attentionné de notre hôtesse. Chalet authentique idéalement situé, départ skis aux pieds, sans voisinage immédiat sans être trop loin du centre. Quelques défauts liés à la structure ancienne en bois, parquets qui craquent, bien chauffé à condition d’entretenir le poêle à bois et tout confort quoique rustique. Idéal pour 2 couples avec enfants/ adolescents.Nous y reviendrons tous avec grand plaisir.

Séjour dépaysant au coeur du Beaufortain

Séjour très agréable et dépaysant au coeur des Saisies. Le chalet est très bien équipé et le poêle à bois permet de le chauffer l'intérieur de manière écologique et de se sentir dans un petit cocon au milieu des montagnes. Nous avons apprécié le calme autour de celui-ci, le fait d'être excentré des grands chalets tout en étant à deux pas du centre de la station. Nos recommandons fortement le chalet pour les amoureux de la montagne dans le respect total de l'environnement. Madame Dupond a été à l'écoute de nos besoins et de nos attentes. A renouveler !

Vieux chalet d'alpage - Les Saisies

Vieux chalet chaleureux et confortable ayant gardé son âme d'origine mais où rien ne manque. Toute la famille de 7 à 72 ans a été unanime sur sa contribution à la réussite de cette semaine de vacances. Vue imprenable sur les sommets et le domaine skiable, calme, départ skis aux pieds, centre du village accessible en 10 mn à pied. Nous recommandons.
