"Cinciarella" and "Peppola" are located in a beautiful private 'fairytale park' setting, surrounded by ancient walls, on the hills surrounding Sarzana, an ancient town with a wonderful historical center from the houses).

"Borgo del Castello" is divided into two separate homes that may be rented together or separately. "Cinciarella" and the smaller house is "Peppola".

"Cinciarella" is composed of 3 floors and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On entering ground level, "Cinciarella" has a dining room with a table for six. Downstairs is a small living room with a fireplace that overlooks the garden area. The upper level has a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed and a bathroom with a Victorian style bathtub.

"Peppola" is a two story rental. Upon entering the first floor, a guest bathroom (toilet and sink) and a small but well-equipped kitchen. On the second floor there is a master bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed. With a shower.

The houses were just restored and have been very tastefully decorated. Each house has wonderful outdoor dining areas.

Located at the base of the hills, Liguria meets Tuscany, Sarzana is 30km from the Natural Park of Cinque Terre and 12km from the Natural Park of Monte Marcello, 15 km from Carrara's marble caves on the Apuan Alps, 30 km from Forte dei Marmi and its beaches, 35km from Viareggio, and 60 km from Lucca and Pisa. The closest airports are Pisa (60km) and Genoa (100km).
