Villa Scirocco is the ideal holiday home for a relaxing holiday with family or friends by the sea in Torre Lapillo, one of the most loved tourist destinations in Puglia, near Porto Cesareo. The two-floor villa has large oudoor furnished area and a parking space, it`s equipped with various accessories and it accommodates up to 8 guests. Pets are allowed.

The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden, with a furnished dining area. Moreover, there is a useful outdoor shower.
The two-floor small villa is in Torre Lapillo. On the ground floor there is the bright living room, the dining room and the well-equipped kitchen with access to the garden. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower and a pull-out twin bed in the hallway.
The sleeping area is on the first floor, reachable with the staircase. There are 3 double bedrooms with window, air conditioning and closet, furnished with the necessary for a holiday by the sea. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower.

Villa Scirocco is on the beach of Torre Lapillo, near various beach establishments. The city centre of Torre Lapillo with its amenities (such as cafè, tobacco shop, newsstand, market, fish shop, church and doctor on duty) is 100 meters away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 62 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The villa is adjacent to a building site of a commercial activity.
- Air conditioner and mosquito net only on the first floor.
