About this property

Mediterranean dream with sea view and private pool

We fell in love with the unspoiled views over the blue Mediterranean sea when we saw the house for the first time. Our lovely two-story house is nicely tucked away on a steep slope that gives the property a lot of privacy and great unspoiled views down the cliffs towards the sea. The house is decorated in bright summer colors and has recently been renovated. It offers 3 comfortable bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) as well as two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). The single beds in the two upstairs bedrooms can be pushed together easily to form double beds. Downstairs features an open plan kitchen/living room that opens to the veranda and the (truly amazing) sea views. There is a comfortable seating area on the veranda that allows you to soak up the setting of the house while chilling and enjoying a coffee (or even better a nice glass of wine). The veranda is connected to the pool area. Our fantastic pool allows you to cool down and splash. The pool cannot be overlooked from neighboring houses. It is 8m by 4m and at its deepest 2m (allowing you to properly escape the heat of the Cyprus summer). There are plenty of sunbeds and also an outside shower. Our pool is maintained professionally and cleaned frequently for you to make sure you have a pleasant and safe swimming experience.
The house sits just on the edge of Pissouri village with its amazing village square (buzzing with life in all the restaurants and bars during the summer). Just a gentle 15 mins walk away, you can experience Cypriot dining and music.
The relaxed beach at Pissouri bay is a mere 7-10 mins drive away. The beach has free parking as well as restaurants, sunbed rental and watersports.

Perfect Villa and Location

This was the perfect villa for our family to stay in this week. The location is central many attractions, villages, and cities. The views from this villa are incredible and the pool was refreshing after exploring all day. I Highly recommend this one!!

Christina and Jens have a lovely villa which is very well appointed and is kept to a very high standard. I had numerous question prior to my booking and even more questions when I had booked all of which Jens answered promptly. I even emailed from holiday later in the evening asking how the cooker worked and Jens phoned me within minutes and talked me through the process. There is everything you could possible need in the villa. The welcome pack was amazing and greatly appreciated along with all the other bits supplied for guest use. The villa is private and peaceful and has a lovely relaxed feel to it. The village is within walking distance, I have visited Pissouri previously and enjoyed it greatly hence the return trip. I really loved staying at Villa Fteroma and would highly recommend and will definitely be returning

Perfect stay, perfect location

Fteroma Villa is a well presented, clean property in a superb location in Pissouri. The pool is lovely and the shaded seating/dining area is a pleasure day or night. The views are amazing, down the valley to the Sea and the sunsets are beautiful. He's and Christina have created a lovely holiday Villa and have provided everything you need for a perfect stay. The Villa is a 15-20 minute walk to the village square where a good selection of bars and tavernas can be found, slightly closer is Michael's steakhouse which serves fantastic cocktails and quality food. In the village we would recommend the bunch of grapes and the hideaway restaurant. Pissouri bay is lovely and just a few minutes drive. A little further is Amvidou beach which has an amazing and informal seafood restaurant (Malanda bay restaurant). I would recommend this Villa to anyone looking for relaxation, amazing views and the gentle buzz of local village life.

Villa Fteroma

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa in Pissouri. It is in a good location 15 to 20 minutes walk from the village, which has a good variety of bars and restaurants. It is a 30 minute drive away from Paphos and Limassol. The villa has stunning views and excellent facilities. The owners were very helpful and always responded very quickly with any of our queries.

Beautiful villa, very well maintained with plenty to do for the children. The family supplied some supplies because we had a late arrival which was so thoughtful. Spectacular views from the property and was quite windy which you appreciated because of the temperatures. Lovely village only a 15 minutes walk away with a few nice restaurants and an excellent taxi service if you wanted to go further afield. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa with a great view

We are just back from Pissouri and enjoyed every minute of it. We had a wonderful time in Fteroma villa. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and offered everything you need. Our teenage son loved the pool, the strong Wifi and Netflix. Both the villa and pool area provides great privacy. The villa is situated high up in a valley and offers fantastic sea views. There was also a nice breeze throughout our stay, We visited Pissouri Village square on several evenings as it is only a 15 min walk. There are several restaurants and a small supermarket at the square. There is a bigger supermarket further down towards the beach. Pissouri bay was only a short drive from the house. We did several trips to nearby towns and places of interest. Villa Fteroma is a lovely place that we would highly recommend!!

Why they chose this property

We bought the house to have a little escape from the city. The quite very private setting of the house together with the truly stunning views made us fall in love with it. We renovated it ourselves and turned it into a modern summer house with light colors and an airy feeling to it. Since we cannot be there all the time, we happy to share it with you!

What makes this property unique

The house sits on the edge of a steep slope that gives it great views down a valley that opens towards the see. The house is carved into the slope and cannot be overseen from the street, which turns it into a nice little hideaway to leave the world pass by outside.
Located on the fringes of Pissouri, it gives you also access to the buzz of tourist nightlife with a surprising number of restaurants and bars to chose from!
Located quite central in Cyprus makes Pissouri also an ideal spot for discovering the other parts of Cyprus ... unless you just want to hang out at the beautiful beach of Pissouri bay (just down the road) and enjoy the crystal clear waters of the med!
Since we have two little ones as well, we have made the house child friendly.
