Ideal for couples who want to spend a romantic holiday. Good opportunity for families with children who can enjoy a well-kept garden with breathtaking views in complete safety. Also ideal for more families of friends who want to vacation together but independently. It can accommodate a good number of friends who want to dive in the nearby renowned Sub school.
Villa Nettuno is composed of 2 independent living units, they also have an independent entrance with electrically controlled gate, one of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the second of 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. each unit has its own rate. The structure is surrounded by large terraces immersed in the green of the lawns, which welcome the sunbeds for sunbathing, from where you can enjoy breakfast while watching the entire Gulf of Cagliari without anyone taking away the view. the air conditioners are not used, on the contrary a light duvet is essential for the beds.

Piccolo paradiso

Nous avons été chaleureusement bien accueilli dans cet endroit à la vue imprenable. La villa est très propre et le jardin très bien entretenu. La villa est équipée de ventilateurs. Téresa et Giorgio sont d'une grande gentillesse et toujours prêts à vous donner conseil et bons plans. Les alentours sont très beaux et les plages différentes. Bref, un petit paradis à 1H30 d'avion de Paris !

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im wunderschönen Garten gibt es immer etwas zu entdecken. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel ist herrlich und vor allem entspannend. Und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Exklusiv gelegene Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Hervorragend ausgestattete Unterkunft in herrlicher Lage hoch über der Bucht von Torre delle Stelle abseits des Trubels direkt an der Küste. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind vor allem im späteren Sommer zum Dahinschmelzen. Die auf dem Gelände lebenden Vermieter sind stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt. Empfehlenswert für Paare oder Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Um sich Überraschungen zu ersparen, sollte man aber wissen, dass die Unterkunft nicht freistehend, sondern ein Anbau unterhalb der Villa der Vermieter ist. Es sind auch nur zwei Schlafzimmer und Bäder vorhanden, die zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit ist eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche. Ein Großteil des herrlich gelegenen und liebevoll gestalteten Gartens sowie der Terrassen sind nur zur Mitbenutzung.

Un paradis qui se mérite

Tout commence par une ascension pittoresque vers la villa sur un chemin de terre avec cailloux (très courant en Sardaigne). Durant la montée (un peu plus de 5 minutes à 20 km/h), on commence à entrevoir le spectacle (conducteur souffrant de vertige s'abstenir). Une fois arrivé là-haut, c'est l'enchantement : un petit coin de paradis perché sur la montagne. L'ensemble de la propriété est composé de la villa du propriétaire et de la maison en location en contre-bas, le tout agrémenté d'un magnifique jardin fleuri où il fait bon évoluer les yeux fixés sur la vue exceptionnelle. On le comprendra, on ne peut pas aller à la plage à pied, par contre quel plaisir de contempler en permanence cette vue époustouflante sur la mer et le relief de jour comme de nuit et depuis toutes les pièces de la maison, toilettes comprises. Concernant l'habitation aucune mauvaise surprise : confort, propreté et très bon goût. Enfin, au-delà de la villa, il y a les propriétaires qui vous réservent un très bon accueil : vous pouvez compter sur eux pour les informations concernant la région, pour tout problème matériel mais aussi pour partager quelques moments de convivialité.
