July stay

Maria Valeria is a very gracious host, helpful and available for any help you may need. The house is a little small and outdated and could use some updating and better attention to detail, it looks like some things have been there since the eighties. The location is very nice super close to beach (cala caterina and santo stefano are just steps away) and very private. Comfortable overall for no more than 4, some upgrades in the house would make it a very enjoyable space. We were 4 adults and had a good time but we ate out most of the stay, if you plan on cooking there every day the kitchen might be a little cramped and lacking proper lighting. Beds were comfy (1 king and 2 single) and air conditioning was working. Location is great, very quiet and private, nice garden.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto e piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. La casa è molto bella, ben organizzata, pulita e dotata di ogni comodità, immersa in uno splendido giardino e con un ampio patio ombreggiato dove si può pranzare e cenare o rilassarsi sul dondolo e sulle sdraio.La signora Mariella, che soggiornava nell'appartamento adiacente, è stata un'ospite magnifica, attenta e presente ma mai invadente, e veramente gentilissima: all'arrivo ci ha anche fatto trovare un cesto di benvenuto di dolci e vino. La posizione della casa è eccezionale, in un quartiere tranquillo di ville e case vacanza e letteralmente a quattro minuti a piedi dalle due belle spiagge di Santo Stefano, che non è mai troppo affollata nemmeno di domenica, e Cala Caterina (qui purtroppo quest'anno c'erano un po' di alghe, ma ci siamo stati lo stesso). In auto poi si raggiungono le altre spiagge di Porto Giunco, Notteri, Punta Molentis ecc. Inutile dire che il mare è meraviglioso ovunque.Soggiorno stupendo, che spero di ripetere! Ho soggiornato dieci giorni a luglio con mio marito e mia figlia

Bella vacanza

Vacanza in luglio 2023. Ci siamo travati molto bene, casa ben tenuta e confortevole, situata in zona tranquilla tra le spiagge più belle raggiungibili a piedi. La padrona di casa gentile, disponobile e attenta. L'aria condizionata nella camera da letto è stata molto utile viste le temperature elevate esterne. Ci manca già....

Agréable petit T3 au rez-de-chaussée de la villa des propriétaires. Bien équipé, agréable terrasse. Très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes à pied, de petites criques relativement peu fréquentées et pourtant superbes. Hôtes très accueillants et discrets. Una vacanza indimenticabile

la villetta ha una posizione invidiabile: vicino a diverse spiagge di acqua cristallina, con un ristorante-pizzeria a 20 mt dove si mangia benissimo! I proprietari cordialissimi e disponibili, sono stati di notevole aiuto nel darci indicazioni e dritte. Il complesso residenziale e' immerso nel verde della macchia mediterranea, e a una quindicina di minuti dal porto, dove si trovano alcuni negozi, una farmacia e qualche ristorante. Anche per noi che eravamo senza macchina era facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. E' comunque anche disponibile un servizio di navetta ogni ora. Una vacanza indimenticabile... Speriamo di tornare presto!

Great holidays in awesome place, charming beaches around. Tranquility & relaxation.

We were 2 families with kids, 4+4. A little bit tight so I rather recommend it for single family. The other thing is that we spend entire time in garden, on the terrace that is simply awesome. Garden is very nice and well kept. Shower there is great. The beach nearby, like 5 minutes walking, is one of best we found on Sardinia. There is a great restaurant nearby, pizza there is the best in whole Villasimius IMHO. Summing up, everything was perfect. Gianni was a perfect host as well. We would love to come back.

Petite maison très agréable et fonctionnelle avec une très grande terrasse, à deux pas d’une très belle petite crique et à quelques minutes en voiture de magnifiques plages aux eaux turquoises.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile

Siamo stati in questa casa con la nostra famiglia ( due adulti e due ragazzi) nel mese di Lugio 2016, costruzione in piena Macchia Mediterranea, con grandi terrazza ombreggiata e giardino ben curato; a pochissimi metri dalla bella e tranquilla spiaggetta Cala Caterina, tranquillità e relax assicurati😉😎☀️ All'interno arredata semplicemente ma con gusto, la cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario, mangiavamo sempre all'aperto e ci riposavamo sul comodo dondolo o sulle sdraio a disposizione nella terrazza, doccia esterna molto utile. Se si vuole raggiungere il centro di Villlasimius: in macchina ci vogliono più o meno 15 min, a piedi - all'entrata del complesso case si può prendere una navetta- dalle ore 10.00 alle 24.h00 - così è anche per andare alla Marina ( Porto ) dove ci sono negozi, farmacia ed un ottimo ristorante - pizzeria! 😋 Nei dintorni e fino a Costa Rei si trovano molte spiagge o baie bellissime lungo una costa selvaggia e con panorami meravigliosi! Il mare trasparente è pieno di vari pesci e stelle marine, essendo li una riserva naturale protetta, che tutti possono vedere ed apprezzare con maschera, anche vicino alla riva!❤️🦀🐟🐠🐡 Per noi dunque è stato un bellissimo soggiorno, di nuovo nella splendida terra della Sardegna che-da sempre - amiamo; reso ancora più piacevole e sereno anche grazie alle gentili e squisite accoglienza e gentilezza dei proprietari di tale alloggio che qui approfittiamo di ringraziare di nuovo!

Superbe localisation

Location conforme à l'annonce : belle petite villa au milieu d'un ilot de végétation où les villas en pierre s'intègrent sans gâcher le paysage. Grande terrasse ombragée, cuisine bien fournie, petit salon mais 1 grande chambre et 1 chambre enfant avec lits jumeaux. A deux pas de 2 magnifiques criques à l'eau transparente comme dans tout le reste de la Sardaigne. Très belle région, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Propriétaire charmante et disponible. Nous reviendrons !

Splendido Relax in una località incantevole

Una villetta splendida dotata di tutti i confort e di tutti gli accessori. Arredata con stile in una location geografica veramente unica. Il mare con le sue calette è a due passi e la splendida ed ampia veranda caratterizza in maniera unica i momenti della giornata dedicati ai pasti. Il tutto in un ambiente silenzioso immerso nella tipica vegetazione del luogo. Vorrei aggiungere la completa disponibilità e la generosa discrezionalità dei proprietari, che ci ha fatto vivere una splendida settimana. Stefano
