la tele es antigua y más cucharas tenedores y algún otro utensilios de cocina. Por poner algún pero salvable por como es el apartamento y situacion
Ideal gelegen. Nah beim Meer. Restaurant EURO-Camping und Supermarkt im EURO-Camping sehr nah.
Parkplatz im umschlossenen Gelände. Kontakt mit ANACASA sehr angenehm.

Problemas con la limpieza y el estado de algunas cosas
Hemos venido a este apartamento muchas veces, nos encanta la terraza y que admitan mascotas. Somos clientes de Ana casa desde hace 15 años, y todos los empleados son muy atentos y amables.
Este año nos ha sorprendido la falta de limpieza. Dos estancias de la casa estaban llenas de arena y de pelos de perro, claramente se habían olvidado de barrer en esas zonas, porque esto no ocurría en el resto de la casa. El lavabo del baño estaba atascado, nada más abrir el grifo se llenó hasta arriba y no sé vaciaba, tuvimos que salir a comprar un desatascador y solucionarlo nosotros, ya que era sábado por la tarde y no queríamos molestar a los empleados. Más cosas, varias baldosas de la casa estaban rotas, al pisar se levantaban. Varios platos con restos de comida, de migas y de azúcar, nadie revisó si la vajilla estaba limpia y la tuvimos que lavar toda. La cocina necesitaría una limpieza a fondo, los armarios están sucios por fuera. Poco menaje de cocina, esto ya lo había comentado en otras ocasiones pero no sé soluciona. Hay solo un juego para cada persona. La cortina del baño de color negro, si la cierras no ves nada. Dejamos la casa mejor que estaba, porque también cambiamos las luces del baño ya que se estropeó una durante nuestra estancia y la repusimos eligiendo iba que iluminaba mejor.

Buen apartamento en buena urbanización
La ubicación del apartamento.
La facilidad de recoger y dejar las llaves en el mismo apartamento sin tener que desplazarnos a ningún sitio
La rápida resolución tras llamar por no tener toallas pequeñas y un segundo juego de llaves, se nos soluciono rápidamente
Los colchones de las camas pequeñas era insufribles a mis hijas se les clavaban los muelles, punto importante a mejorar
El mobiliario de la terraza, a mejorar, había un par de sillas rotas

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die sehr sauber gereinigt gewesen ist . Die Mitarbeiterin von Anacasa war stets freundlich und bemüht, ein dickes Lob und herzlichen Dank
Moskitoschutz wäre toll gewesen, kleiner Heizkörper im Bad,denn Ende April Anfang Mai war es noch sehr kalt. Handtuchhaken im Bad und mehr Küchenutensilien wären von Vorteil. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und die Sofas waren auch schon durchgesessen.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und war wirklich sehr sauber,aber Moskitonetze, bessere Matratzen, mehr Küchenutensilien, Handtuchhalter im Bad und einen kleinen Heizkörper,(denn Ende April/ Anfang Mai ist es sehr kalt im Bad ), das alles hätte den Urlaub noch besser gemacht

Lo mejor del apartamento es la gran terraza con vistas a la piscina y al campo.
